Bill Cipher and Disney Animated TV Villains

We all know and love Bill Cipher. The insane and classy triangle demon from another dimension. One of the best things about this character is how he interacts with others around him; making witty remarks and hilariously twisted lines. So let's have him meet other villains from Disney cartoons. The list includes:

Dr. Doofenshmirtz from Phineas and Ferb

Lord Hater from Wander over Yonder

Ludo from Star vs. the Forces of Evil

Hannibal Mc Fist from Randy Cunningham9th Grade Ninja

What would the interactions between Bill and each villain be like? What would each of them think of Bill and what would Bill think of them?

Doofenshmirtz,lord hater, and Ludo would probably all be intimidated and disturbed by how he uses his powers.

Compared to Gravity Falls Villains, the only villain I can see being at Bill's league is Toffee from Star vs. the Forces of Evil. Oh god Toffee is awesome.

Can we count Cedric from Sofia The First?

If he wasn't cured at the end of season two, I could see Sorcerer from Randy Cunningham teaming up with Cipher. Toffee as well.

I could also see Bill using one of their bodies.

I can already imagine Penn Zero Part Time Hero and The 7 D being much more serious shows than they are if Bill ever possessed whomever is a villain on those particular shows, to be honest with myself...

What do you think each of the aforementioned villains in the first post would think of Bill? What would their interactions be like and what would Bill think of them?

Ah crap, they became BF Fs . . . on surface I think. Bill is probably just manipulating Xanatos like every other human, but seeing how it's Xanatos he is manipulating chances are Bill is most likely being played. After all, he did manage to get a powerful reality warper as his personal servent so dealing with another would be cake walk.

And of course Demona would hate Bill with every fiber of her being.

I'm more than convinced Bill would just kill them all and take over their respective shows as the new lead villain.. Nothing more to it than that.

While it's sort of a Disney show but also possibly not, I'd think Lucius from Jimmy Two Shoes would try to team up with Bill. I say try since I think Bill would be messing with him most of the time.

Given their short tempers and emotional instability, Lord Hater and Ludo would go completely insane the minute Bill starts interacting with them.

I'm pretty sure it would be more like Bill and Xanatos trying to mentally on-up each other.
