Back in February, this pic was added to Ichi the Killer. Not only is it over the 350 px mark, it's NSFW as Kakihara's junk is clearly visible behind the K in killer, so I've pulled it and tagged the page. I'm not where I can look for a replacement right now, but what comes to mind immediately is either a pic of the DVD cover or one of the other manga covers with Ichi himself.
