I disagree. In the Goblins pic, what Kin is saying is actually correct, it's just a shining example of Sesquipedalian Loquaciousness. The OOTS pic gets the trope right since Haley mangles the metaphor. Sacrificing the expression of the trope for the sake of appearances isn't a good move.

The only issue I have with the current is that the text looks artifacted, but otherwise it's a better illustration than the previous one.
I honestly think both are pretty lousy. Even with a discussed trope, it works best in a comic when the image complements the text, but here, both uses could just as easily be page quotes. The Oo TS one is slightly better in that regard, but still not ideal.
I don't know how exactly you propose to illustrate a dialogue trope without the dialogue in the picture being the focus.
Moon◊Yeah, a text cleanup in the current would be good.

Absent-minded professor and Neverwinter Nights DMI have to agree with The Pope here. Even if it's a dialogue trope, the visuals in either add nothing to what might as well be a page quote.

I'm cool with current or BUPKIS.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?I'd say leave the current. Like Willbyr said, the former image wasn't really an example, and while the current isn't particularly interesting, it is illustrative, and it isn't nearly bad enough to pull.
So yeah, I vote Keep Until Better Image Suggested.

Reaction Image RepositoryHere's a crowner for the options.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"Hooked, thanks.
Bump for votes; two in the green, one in consensus range.
One more bump; two in the green, one in consensus range.
Calling this one; the current's tagged. Caption or no?
No caption, evidently. Locking this.

Nominations for replacement images:
Okay, to be precise, this page picture wasn't exactly changed without discussion, but initially deleted by HeroicJay (messaged) by pointing out the character illustrated wasn't an example of the trope.
Then, eroock on finding an un-illustrated page added the current picture.
Regardless of its validity as an example, the previous picture was maybe a better illustration.
