Improvements for the image library

Some suggestions for improving the Image Library here:

Have it display images in thumbnail format.
Have it show where an image is used or linked, how large it is and when it was uploaded and by who. Should also be filterable.
Have a function to delete images from it. Such deletions should be logged.

This would facilitate policing images, esp. duplicate images and removing unused or oversized images.

Some of these has been incorporated; it looks like the only things left to add would be the filesize and the delete option, but the latter, I think, would need to be a mod approval function. It also seems like the location should be a clickable link in the list.
