I'm not a totally huge fan of the guy, but I did like some of his "Worst songs of X year" videos, and even appreciated that one video where he called out the WWE for their history with racism during a time when they fired Hulk Hogan for his racist remarks.
I watched a few of his videos and was turned off by some of the stuff he said in them (in particular criticizing a couple songs/artists for "sluttiness" basically), but those were early videos of his, so it's possible he's stopped that kind of stuff.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.
Not really, but that's a good thing to some of us.
He does attack them for other reasons though if that helps.
"By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Zion."How the fuck is that ever a good thing?
I mean, geez. I came here thinking the Ctrl+Alt+Dlt guy was doing something I could make fun of.

Everybody's got different opinions?
"By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Zion."...I think some opinions might be a little more valid than others.
I think the KKK, for example, has the right to have whatever views they want, but that doesn't mean their views are equally valid as anyone else's, and if they were to express their views in a public forum they deserve to be shamed for it.
I think that criticism of an individual based entirely on that individual's "sluttiness" is a violation of privacy and a criticism worth condemning.
What at all does this have to do with the KKK?
You're either trolling or are highly misunderstanding the point of this topic.
"By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Zion."They were an example of reprehensible opinions.
Disliking sluttiness is as reprehensible as violent racism?
Kaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay then.
"By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Zion."Use of sluttiness as a criticism or insult is usually accompanied by violence.
You could watch his videos on it before judging him.
"By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Zion."
First off, you're completely incorrect.
Secondly, I'm a woman who hates sluttiness. To me being slutty is a sign of absolute lack of self-respect. On the merits of femininity and pride, I strongly oppose it. Am I misogynistic?

"By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Zion."Yes.
Women slut-shaming other women is actually a very well documented problem. There is absolutely nothing wrong with sexual expression or promiscuity.
Put me in motion, drink the potion, use the lotion, drain the ocean, cause commotion, fake devotion, entertain a notion, be Nova Scotian
To you perhaps. There are plenty of women against it, plenty of women I know too, and for plenty of good reasons.
No, religion is not one of them, before you ask. I'm not religious anyway.
To stay on-topic, Buckley makes some good arguments against it himself. As with the other poster, I'd suggest you watch if you're curious before judging what you don't know.

"By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Zion."Slut-shaming isn't exactly a nuanced view. When your position is "I think it's okay to judge women for exceeding some arbitrary level of promiscuity" then I don't see a lot of room for debate.

That's just, like, your opinion man.
"By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Zion."
Angry humour from an angry man.
His channel.
Surprised there's not a thread on this Canadian music critic and radio personality. I love his material. Even if you've not heard of A Dose of Buckley directly, you might be familiar with his "Worst Songs of 201x" videos which have gotten a combination of well over 20,000,000 views. He's got other great content though ranging from tearing apart internet frauds to ripping into some extremely silly events in the news and social media.
