If I can, I'd like to reserve a spot for a chunkless Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth faction ^^ If that would be okay. I still have to work some stuff out before I can fully make the signup though.
And in this heart, our bond cannot break. From here to the end and back again I will stand sharp. The light in me will guide you home...I'd like to re-sign for Battleworld and I have a chunk to reserve. Only thing is, seeing as though the chunk in question is Scott Pilgrim!Toronto, I don't really know how the GM's are gonna work the video game physics in there. But if it having those physics is no problem then here.
Your works are one trope short.I know nothing about Digimon other then "Pokemon ripoff", although that's probably highly unfair to it. I suppose they'd be ok?
Er......right, you're going to need to go into WAY more detail then "Video Game Physics" because that varies WILDLY from game to game and I know nothing at all about this chunk.
Well the chunk in question is not a video game per say, it references common gaming tropes, like lifebars showcasing health, people exploding into currency if defeated, 1-Ups representing lives, warp zones, those types of game physics. They are not OP in the least and are mainly cosmetic (except for the warp zones).
Your works are one trope short.Hmm. I suppose they'd be ok apart from the warp zones, which I'll leave you to detail in the signup before judging.
Eh, they're similar but different?
But uh, no worries, all I know of Digimon actually /is/ Cyber Sleuth, that's why I'm using that specific game. And each character is only going to have one Digimon.
But before I make my signup, I have a small issue to resolve. The characters I'm wanting to use are Ami, Takumi, Nokia, Yuuko, Arata, and Yugo. There's a minor issue with Ami and Takumi though; they're two separate designs of the protagonist. Because of that, they didn't both appear in the game at the same time ever. I have a sort of...background change I normally use to allow both to exist at the same time, but I'm not sure if its okay to use here. Is it okay to use that AU form where they both exist at the same time or will I have to cut one from the signup?

Alright, I'll try to figure out which one to cut. If I can't, I'll just pick something else. Thanks though.
And in this heart, our bond cannot break. From here to the end and back again I will stand sharp. The light in me will guide you home...Okay, I got two questions for making another signup. >.<
1) The series has both an anime and a videogame, is it okay if the charecter that has been in both makes refrences to her experiance in well... both?
2) Do I have to use actual game art for the protaginist? Or can I use art that is close enough considering that they can be almost any thing any way?
1-Only if both are explicitly the same canon. If the game and anime are different verses, then you must choose only one.
2-Feel free to use whatever art you want to represent your character

It is never clarified if both are the same verse due to the anime charecters mostly handing out quests and joining the party rather then doing story stuff, but due to them all appearing in game and Ai Ai having a very significant trait (in that universe) that she picked up in the last anime episode, may I assume yes?

Tell me what franchise we're dealing with here?
Seriously, why do people insist on being vague about this? I can help you all a lot more and not have to dance around the issue if you just give me a name.
Phantasy Star Online 2.
Sorry, was not trying to be vauge.
I was going to play the Online PC, Lisa, Io, and Aika as chunkless.

Ok, I think that should be fine then

Double posting because I need to make sure this gets seen.
Before you put a lot of effort into the signup, clarify for me how much of a personality the PC has to work with? Is this an otherwise completely silent PC, or do they say things/have a personality you could work with in an RP?
Depends on what way you mean, while the PC themselfs is basicly a paper cutout and can be whatver you put effort into making, the story is fixed, and they do have some basic guiding within there relationships to the rest of the cast, and details in cutscenes (EX: The protag often just walks away when Heuy goes overboard with the ham)
They definatly have more direction then destiny did, and I would argue around the same as that of say the Dragon born or Courior since those guys are also mostly defined by dialog boxes and can vary a lot
And in this case, I also had one class setup and the like I was going to restrict them too to help with that, as well as a tone of inferences due to player action, (EX:Clothes on the player market go for millions of measta much more then any thing practical, yet there often what most end game cash goes to, there for the PC has a thing for fasion and cosmetics)

Yes, well I've altered my stance on non-personalty PC's a bit since the beginning of battleworld. Fully customization PC's, where you can make any kind of personality you want, are no longer really allowed. I don't mind people with minor established personalities you can expand on/headcanon a bit from what is shown (For instance, a game lets you pick individual lines, but the story itself is fixed at points and establishes facts about the character you will have to stick to), but if you're more or less making it up completely, then you're basically getting around the "No OC" rule by slapping a name of an established character on it.
Thus, while the rest of the characters are fine, I'm afraid the PC themselves is not allowed, after having double checked facts with others who also know this series.

Huh, that was changed? Damit, that kind of breaks Io too considering most of her stuff is related to the PC, and Lisa is kinda too insanenote to work in a party with her and Aika :/
Matoi is also too heavily tied, Marlur is one note and boring, meh, guess I will just drop the idea entierly.

Meh, other question that will probaly be a no.
What about playing some fate servants as chunkless? The main issue with them though is they would require a master who is capable of magic and I don't know if any one would want to bother.
Unless that can be cirumvented.
Ahh yes, Fate, the legendarily broken franchise in terms of power levels. I can't really tell you no because we already have a Fate chunk, but you're going to need to convince me you can handle said people with your signup.
Also do me a favor and hand me names in advance so I can consult with people to see if I need to deny anyone right away?
Tama no Mae and Kiyohime are the two main ones I would be considering.
I would also consider Okita Shoji but she is a bit vauger then the other two.
My consultants need to know which Fate we're talking about. Specify please?
Both of them are in Fate Grand Order and that is where I was going to draw from.
Actualy Sheildernote could be the third then
Right, ok, no insta baring from me. Go on and drop the signup, but know I'll be judging this one very harshly just because of the franchise in question
Well.......
Now I feel like crying. Honestly. Sorry for wasting your time.
Please allow me to introduce myself, I am a man of wealth and taste. Nice to meet you, hope you can guess my name.
