Yes, sort of, kind of.
The underlying principles are the same, but there are enough changes that the two are not completely interchangeable.

So does anyone want to talk about the AGE system by Green Ronin, its flagship setting Titansgrave, and the recent Blue Rose AGE edition kickstarter?
Speaking for myself, I like the foundations of the system, but it is still too sparse to truly be a generic fantasy game, and the basic rulebook doesn't have any advice to add your own specializations, races or talents, or modify the existing ones.
But the Blue Rose book will come out next year, so that might be more of a proper setting book.
