a'Lincoln wasn't the sort to pick up on another's discomfort no matter how apparent it was "Why should it be later instead of now? We shall be deploying within the hour."

It could simply be told to wait until later, and it would so so without question. But trying to suggest or hint at a given course tended to just leave the bionoid with confusion and questions.

Irelia Jander sped along the street, it wasn't all that fast but it warranted a look from the occassional passerby. That girl is too fast. She looked briefly at the GPS installed in her bike. Just a few more minutes.

The ARS headquarters wasn't very inconspicuous, seeing the huge sign on the building, Irelia had no trouble navigating - but of course, she also had Kristen's coordinates. Her bike slowed to a halt rather smoothly as she caught sight of her acquaintance.

Getting off, she removed her helmet and hung it on the handles of her bike. She ran a hand through her hair, having been ruffled up by the ride there.

"Sorry for the wait. Seeing as we came here without Armor, I picked some stuff up," she explained, patting the bag that contained her blades. Turning back to her bike, an idea struck her. Reaching for the front wheel, she detached it and put it on her back. Though there was nothing to keep it in place, it sure looked like it did as Irelia subtly levitated it behind her.

"Shall we go, then?" she asked, Kristen.

Kristen's eyes swept over the bag of blades, and she caught a glimpse of them gleaming from inside the bag. She knew what they were. In response, she patted the holster her handgun was in.

Skyblazers can go on about their magic powers and their mastery of Armor all they want. Doesn't change the fact that when push comes to shove they die like the rest of us – with well-placed shots.

“Let's get it done,” stated Kristen, and she knocked on the door, steeling herself for what was to come.

Kit listened carefully to their briefing, the plans scrolling across his visor as they were told about them. Anything beyond 'fight as hard as possible' could get difficult but Lunar Symphony's shields could help and that spear might prove an interesting tool.

Kit wasn't at all fazed at a'Lincoln's stripping. He had to expose his back cybernetics to control Lunar Symphony, although the health and safety disaster of shirtless mech piloting meant he had to change into a pilot suit rather than just stripping, and a'Lincoln just needed more contact. He tended not to get changed while still in the control room, however, due to the obvious cultural issues. He admittedly had done so in the past when they were in a major rush but it was considered rather unprofessional.

"Most people think clothes should be worn as much as possible a'Lincoln. Just wait until you're in the hangar and about to get in your mech."

He didn't quite understand a'Lincoln but he tried to help.

"There seems to be little point. My form[1] does not need additional protection, nor does it closely resemble an aesthetically pleasing human body...but, I will refrain for now." a'Lincoln blandly responded, failing to see the point, but not of a mind to argue.

Notably, it didn't bother putting its shirt back on, as it turned its attention back to Faith, apparently still waiting on a response to its earlier queries.

On the outside, Faith appeared to be unfazed, with only a slight cocking of her right eyebrow. Internally, however... "How is that fair? I don't even have breasts yet I'm not... Okay, okay, the answer is simple. Though she looks human, she really isn't one, thus those are just there instead of serving any function. Maybe if I become Fey Touched... Eeh, that just sounds disturbing, but this really isn't-"

Pulled out from her thoughts by noticing a'Lincoln looking at her, Faith clears her throat before folding her arms behind her back. "Well, I'm very fond of red and black personally, with blue & white being my sisters' colors. I don't really see a need to manipulate people, since once you get down to it I just want to fight giant monsters. So unless I can trick Eldritchians with phrases like 'No, I am your mother' then you can generally consider me truthful. Hehe, imagine how weird that would be..."

Devious smile suddenly forming on Faith's face, she points towards Leo and speaks sweetly "Though, I can tell you what Leo's favorite color is, peachy and white." Wagging her eyebrows at the young teen, Leo proceeds to hide their face from everyone whilst Faith chuckles lightly. Though, bringing a hand to her chin, Faith asks with a curious tone "Why did you want to know anyways? Need to know if you can trust people? Trying to figure out a dye job for your bodies? Cause if you want to be one of us, you should probably try asking my mom. She would know a lot more then I do."

Laughing embarrassed, Ryan rubs at the back of his neck before replying lightly "I'm afraid I'm no good at teaching. Amanda's only as smart as she is because I could just program that knowledge into her head. So sorry, though I could always try putting something together for you to take apart and study." Amanda giving her superior a look practically saying 'No, don't think that!', Melinda suddenly walks up to Lucus and settles her eyes on where he put his phone.

"Hey, digi-bot, count yourself lucky you don't have to deal with a body. They're harder to maintain than it looks, you have to put in all this effort for them to function as desired, and it isn't hard to end up ashamed just because something about your body is 'weird'. Honestly, I would of preferred being an AGI than a crazy woman's child. Don't even know what a proper relationship is suppose to be."

Jumping back a couple of steps and looking Lucus in the eyes, Melinda lazily scratches at her hand with her right hand before speaking "If they didn't really explain anything, then I guess you're just here to observe Hera. Really, I get your bosses are hyper-intelligent aliens, but they make a lot of assumptions. Were their species just so smart they needed less words to express points to another? That's besides the point though... Ryan?"

Having been wordlessly trying to calm down Amanda's enthusiasm, Ryan looks over at Melinda before setting his eyes on Lucus. "Of course, the situation... Hera's currently being tested right now, so I guess we really just show you how far she's progressed. Though it can be safely said, she is the strongest telekinetic Esper to be made by our company. If you'll just follow us, we can take you to the training area she's in."

Seed Esper Elysium, Training Area 03, 11:26 AM

CRASH! Floating in mid air is the shattered fragments of a large television, each carefully avoiding touching one another. Thirty feet away is an apparently eight year old girl, with purple hair and golden eyes. Dressed, the girl is like a young princess, or perhaps a bridesmaid if one considered her outfit closely. The girl herself just merely yawned and kept an elegant pose before turning her attention towards the people watching her. Spotting a forty-seven year old woman with an infant girl strapped to her chest, the young girl calls out softly "Doctor Ingress, how much longer must I waste my time doing this? I'm curious in seeing this 'wedding' thing you spoke of."

Doctor Ingress giving a little smile before adjusting the sleeping infant, the woman herself replies calmly "Hera, you know we need to test the full extent of your abilities. You're the Third Generation, it wouldn't do any good-" "If I was the only one, yes Doctor, but you made this 'wedding' thing sound rather intriguing. I would like to see how one bonds their minds and souls together, so I may apply that to my abilities."

Doctor Ingress sighing a bit and rubbing the back of her head, she turns to the younger woman next to her before speaking mildly embarrassed "Wonder how she'll react upon finding out that doesn't literally happen." The younger woman chuckling a bit, she replies gently "Rather outraged I imagine, though it is curious she's so interested. I've been wondering lately because of her if one's name actually affects their personality."

Raising an eyebrow in curiosity towards the younger woman, Doctor Ingress brings a hand to her chin before turning around to look at the blood-spattered fifteen year old girl running around. "Madeline, what do you think of a person's name affecting their personality?" The fifteen year old girl, possessing black hair underneath the crimson blood, turns to look at Miss Ingress with dark purple eyes. Flicking the blood off her own princess-like bridesmaid outfit, the young teen scratches at her cheek while swinging her right leg.

"I don't think that's very scientific, but the leading idea behind Eldritchians & Skyblazers is sufficiently advanced biology so... If people don't want to consider the possibility of magic being real, then I suppose there could be elements of the soul we just don't know about. Though to any good scientist, magic should be seen as an abomination, as by its very nature it defies the natural systems. What's the point in studying the system when you can just ruthlessly modify it as pleased after all? That isn't science, its hacking real life."

Giving the bloody girl a close look, Miss Ingress sighs as she turns towards Hera "I suppose, thus I hope for everyone's sake magic really isn't real. Don't want reality crumbling just because someone modified the system wrong." Clearing her throat, Ingress calls out towards Hera "How about this, since someone from Einmal is here to see your abilities, why don't we continue these tests until they leave? Now then, let's see how effectively you can pulverize those fragments."

For a while now, the young man Alan has been waiting for people to come, more out of paranoia than anything. "Seriously, who even names their daughter Ruin? That has to be illegal somewhere, it just screams parental abuse. Course, it could just be a moniker, she is a rather skilled pilot... Kind of blatant to call yourself Ruin if you intend to bring it about though. Maybe-" Thought interrupted by hearing knocking at the door, Alan clears his throat before pressing a button.

Suddenly, on the other side of the door, Alan's words come pouring out "Yes, what are you here for? One third of our team is currently partaking in the VARnet event Super Robot Tournament, so we'll be taking missions at a lower difficulty than normal. Our leader is currently sleeping, so if you're here for her I'll need to know the purpose of that. If this is something entirely different, then do explain."

With the words spoken, an image is soon projected of Alan. Though sitting down in a chair, the young man is rather slim for his age, with short blonde hair covering half their face and only leaving one green eye exposed. "I'm Alan Anderson by the way, I pilot the Valiant Aerial, it should be familiar as a Russian Armor design. I won't do any jobs alone however, so any solo operations would have to be saved for Stella Pyres and her Solar Lupine."

Kristen stared at the holographic image of Alan as she listened to what he had to say to the newcomers. She wasn't very good at being undercover and incognito, but she had been assigned this mission and by God she was going to do it. Apparently Ars was talking part in a VARnet Super Robot tournament, which offered an opportunity to watch their performance and gauge who she was dealing with. The announcers might even give away publicly available information she wouldn't have to ask for. That might solve one issue – namely, the daughter of the CACHE bigwig.

The other one – Andrew Johnson's VESTA – posed a different task. She momentarily thought of posing as fans of Ars, but realized that it wouldn't get them anything about the VESTA. But she couldn't say who she was... then again, she could definitely assume the role of a mech repairperson, or something of the sort. Gods knew she'd had to fix a lot of things on her Atlas herself, and it was by no means an easy job.

Then she remembered her full head of rainbow hair was still on display. It wasn't like she'd be able to keep her identity secret for long. And as soon as this man realized that Beauty and the Beast were here, everything would fall apart like a house of cards.

Her hand reached down into her pocket and idly stroked her Charger's key fob. If push came to shove she'd be able to fire one or two shots to stun, turn on the car, and blitz the fuck out of there.

With that in mind it was time to lie her pants off and hope it worked, even though the rag atop her head was a clear sign that the moment he saw who she really was it would be weapons free and intimidation. For now, she was going to be a Seed Esper wrench wench.

“Nice to meet you, Alan. Samantha Reynolds, I work as a repairwoman for Seed Esper. I've noticed that a VESTA owned by one of your teammates, Andrew, is overdue for repairs to its Mentalists.” She steeled herself, preparing for the inevitable moment when her cover would be broken.

"I hadn't considered any of those colors..." a'Lincoln audibly muttered to itself, before pulling up its datapad and adding everything Faith said down in its notes.

Nodding along with the pilot's comments, the bionoid tilted its head at the comment about tricking Eldritchians into thinking one was their mother "We don't strictly know that they have mothers, though they might display an increased level empathy with certain Fey Touched...though, that would be weird."

Pausing in its notetaking, as Faith attempted to tease the younger woman, a'Lincoln ended up staring at Leo for several moments as it tried to parse apart the subtext surrounding those comments. Glancing over at Faith's questions, the bionoid calmly held up the datapad, displaying its list of goals from before "Collecting data in an attempt to form a positive or negative opinion about differing colors. Trust is not an important factor to this one...though I've also been instructed to make an attempt at improving upon an interpersonal bond. Based on our interactions thus far, you could be a viable candidate, Pilot Faith."

"...This would also let me follow through on Mr. Samson's earlier advice, regarding you and your family. It would be convenient." a'Lincoln observed, before focusing back upon Faith "After subduing the Eldritchian, you should select a kind of food for later."

Those that had been around it for a while, might notice that a'Lincoln seemed pleased by this turn of events. The Tento always seemed to take a certain amount of pride, in finding ways to pursue multiple goals simultaneously. A few interactions with Faith, and it could finish its list in the first day.

Irelia stood beside the Seed Esper "mechanic", leaning against the wall with her arms crossed. It was a flimsy excuse but it was viable and it might well be their only chance of getting in.

Her grip grew tight on her arm as she awaited the Ars member's response. They both looked suspicious... or weird, hopefully the latter. Kristen with her multi-colored hair and herself with... the disc on my back? How can I explain that? They were posing as mechanics, after all; maybe that could explain it. Irelia closed her eyes and bit her lip, hoping for all their sakes, that the man would let them through.

Agaris' voices herself to Melinda, "Well it is certainly true that I do not require a physical form to function and therefore I have no fully experienced your problem. However I am required to transfer or connect my sub-routines into different devices for interaction with the outside world. Android frames, armors or other electronic devices." The phone beeps happily. "Though I rarely get attached to these different forms it equally comes with problems, it is not easy to exist but yet not always be able to physically help." Agaris says in a tone of deep thought.

Lucus will listen to the two of them and then Ryan talk. Nodding to the idea to heading to the training area. "Strongest telekinetic esper? Sheer chance and luck or perhaps she is a third generation?" He muses to himself as they walk, soon to likely discover the answer.

Seed Esper Elysium, Training Area 03, 11:27 AM

Lucus look out at the young girl Hera. Not full believing that she is the Esper but willing enough to watch. Lucus will draw his Laptop from his bag and power it up, resting it on his legs as he sits and watches. His phone sitting in the bag so that Agaris' hologram is floating out and watching as she also connect herself to the computer.

"Hera is certainly a powerful Esper and seemingly without to many physical abnormalities unlike second generation Espers." Agaris says her voice from the phone as she watches the scene.

"Yeah she is powerful but she is also really young; I feel a little sorry for her." Lucus says observing while typing up observations and ideas. Agaris simultaneously reorganizing his notes into a coherent structure.

As it is mentioned to her that Lucus was here he gives a smile out to her with a friendly wave. Lucus feeling a odd discordance by such a young girl launching televisions at high speed.

"She mentioned a wedding didn't she, this is a odd thing to do before hand though I guess training first." He says musingly.

"The girl seems to have a misconception on how a wedding functions and its exact purpose."

Lucus smirks to that, "It is kinda cute, though she might get a little disappointed later. Oh Agaris' do you have any information on Amanda Neil?"

Agaris causes a data file to load up on the scene of the computer.

Lucus reads the data file while musing to himself Hmm so she is a gynoid programmed with knowledge by Ryan. She is likely missing certain kinds of knowledge; Agaris' didn't start programmed knowing everything. She learn't due to the long amounts of time working with Lucus and connections to the net. After musing Lucus will go back and continue to note Hera's abilities. Agaris kept adding notes and analyzing her abilities while Lucus was distracted.

On screen analysis of the projectile velocity, mass and total energy transferred were all being recorded by Agaris. Lucus was always amazed by Espers, how they could seemingly alter the rules of a traditional system. The mention of magic from the others making him laugh quietly since that was the same reaction he had when he was younger and more naive.

Examining the list a'Lincoln showed her, Faith brings her arms behind her head. Making a little show with her eyes towards a'Lincoln, a smile gradually forms on Faith's face before openingly laughing a little. Calming herself down, Faith speaks up cheerfully "Eldritchians are pretty weird huh? Gosh, just imagine how awkward it would be if they are angels as some say. 'Sorry sir, it appears the creatures that're making reality weep are just extremely pissed off we no longer have curfews''."

Clearing her throat upon noticing some disproving looks, Faith takes a slightly more serious stance, one arm dangling as the other scratches at her chin. "Well, I can tell you merely talking and knowing someone isn't a bond. You got to, um, connect with them emotionally. Find things you like about them, things you can do together... Friendship is kind of like love in that way, as both are about interacting with people you really want to. Thus, I'll be happy to help whatever way I can, though you should consider the things you do emotionally rather than mechanically. Though speaking of my brother..."

Devious smile on her face, Faith leans in with one hand next to her face as if trying to be secretive. "Sammy's tis a silly boy. Sure his poster collection is awesome, but he's like an aloof big brother. 'Nobody must know the pain I feel, of being a monster. Save yourself, and let the darkness consume me alone.' Course, he does keep Leo for a pet, but unless he's actually letting his emotions show he mainly just makes a lot of insults and jabs. Thus, unless he's talking about something serious, I wouldn't advise taking his words to heart."

Faith's stomach suddenly grumbling, she laughs a bit nervously before speaking once more "I would like some steak though... Oh! Have you ever tried candy before? I really like cherry and raspberry flavors, though grape is good too. Orange... not so much. Ice cream is also a favorite, though I never really ate food other than what's generally considered American. What do you like though? It would be rather improper making dinner plans if I don't know what you like."

Seed Esper Elysium, Training Area 03, 11:29 AM

For two minutes, Hera tried to focus on the tests, giving a brief look to Ryan and the others as they arrived. Yet, she couldn't help thinking... "Why would that boy feel sorry for me? Did I do something demanding punishment? I was certain I was behaving excellently due to being allowed to see Doctor Ingress' upcoming wedding, yet..."

Suddenly Hera stops in the middle of her current test, drawing curious expressions from everyone except Melinda. Floating up to Lucus, Hera slowly yet methodologically scans him with her eyes. Finally looking him in the eye calmly, Hera brushes back her hair with her right hand before speaking like a refined young woman "I couldn't help noticing you expressed sorrow for me. I cannot fathom why I triggered such a reaction. I'm everything humanity has always wanted to be..."

Spinning upside down yet holding everything in place, coming off like someone just simply turned a picture around, Hera continues with the same tone "Divinity, which I would be considered by more primitive cultures. For starters, I'm able to fly, remotely manipulate large objects, and can protect myself quite easily from harm. Thus, why do you feel sorrow for me? I am power, thus I should feel sorrow for baseline humanity's weakness. Without your tools, you would have to put yourself into constant danger whilst I can leisurely hunt and gather with no risk to myself. In addition to using my abilities to aid in the recovery of any injuries I sustain, I would thus be the superior specimen. Unless..."

Fixing her positioning and looking at Doctor Ingress, something like fear starts creeping into the girl's face and voice "I am a successful Esper correct? I've set records for telekinetic application and the only psychological defect I have is mild emotional processing problems. I... I can't imagine what I possibly could of done wrong. Is my biology flawed? Am I going to age rapidly? D-did my body fail to produce the right hormones and enzymes? D-did, did..."

Curling herself into a ball as she begins hyperventilating, the area suddenly begins to shake as random objects start lifting into the air. Doctor Ingress suddenly looks over everyone in the room, calling out "Everyone unable to contribute needs to leave now! Trying to calm her down may get dangerous so listen to me!"

With her words spoken Ingress hands off the child with her to Madeline, the young teen standing in confusion at the sudden event. Ryan steps forward, and before Amanda could mimic he speaks completely serious "No, get Madeline and Maribel out of here first, I'll be fine until you can return." Briefly giving her creator a worried look, Amanda drags the bloody Madeline out of the room. Madeline herself, in what little awareness she can manage, looks angrily at Melinda staying behind.

The young woman casting a glance at Lucus, she speaks with a stern voice "Might want to bring in your Wunderwaffen, subduing her will not be easy."

For a moment, Alan just stares as if confused, before groaning in realization. "Crap, with the Super Robot Tournament we've been distracted and a lot-Oh crap Serena's birthday! Uh, sorry, sorry, gosh this is embarrassing... Just let me tell Andrew and then I'll let you guys inside." The hologram disappears and the audio cuts off, yet...

"Crap crap crap! Who are these people? Seed Esper wouldn't send just two mechanics, and if they were they would of called ahead. Okay, okay, just got to research this woman and... I need a new word." Running a hand through their hair, Alan takes a few breathes before calling Andrew.

"Hey, uh, bad news... Seed Esper sent a merc here, named Kristen. Rainbow hair, FASA Altas is what she pilots... So, the bad part, she and another came here claiming to be mechanics. Seed Esper must think we found out Mentalists are people since that's what they specified."

However, instead of Andrew answering, Stella replies toughly "The other is probably a respectably powerful Esper then. Tch, sending those knockoffs after us... Alan, get away from the door and let them in. If Seed is going to attack instead of diplomacy, turning them away is just going to make them come back in force. Didn't peg Seed as the type to care as long as we paid them..."

Having themselves being hung up on, Alan looks towards the door and sighs "Sheesh, like I need to run away even more... Really got to find mom soon..." Words spoken, the hologram reappears and the door audibly unlocks "Checked with Andrew, he doesn't have any problems with you guys doing maintenance. Sure there's nothing Seed wants us to do?"

“Got it, take your time,” smiled “Samantha”, before the feed cut out. As Alan panicked Kristen took a moment to breathe. For all she knew the masquerade was going to be broken, any second now. She looked over to Irelia.

“If push comes to shove we're going to need to move quick and move fast. I have no faith at all that this is gonna work, so keep something nearby. And remember; try not to be lethal. We're investigating, not hunting. Not yet, anyways.” She turned back towards the door as it unlocked and the hologram reappeared. It was time for a dance of wits.

She then immediately began freaking out internally when Alan said they had no problems with them doing Mentalist maintenance. Kristen didn't even know what a Mentalist was. Deep cover operations were not her forte. She was going to have to bullshit like she never had before, and hope they bought it.

The Colt at her side seemed far, far heavier than it usually did.

“Alrighty. I take that to mean we're supposed to let ourselves in, then? Yeah, that's all Seed needs. Routine Mentalist maintenance, you know how the damn things get when they don't get their TLC.”

"Got it, take your time," Samantha said and with that, the hologram disappeared.

Turning to face Kristen as she warned her about what might come, she stared silently at her and then nodded her approval. Her hand moved instinctively towards her bag as if she were reassuring herself that they were still there, ready to be drawn at a moment's notice.

Honestly, if it's going to get ugly in there, we would become anything but lethal as I'm sure they will as well.

The hologram reappeared along with his seal of approval. There was no resistance at all. Did they really buy it? Irelia found herself gripping the strap of her bag tighter.

Lucus initially in shock at what was happening with Hera till her telekinetic powers began to run amok. Lucus worrying if this was his fault, if he should have kept quiet. Though as he is spoke to, Lucus snaps out of his thoughts. Giving a nod to the woman while standing out. Stowing his laptop and phone into his bag and Lucus dashes out of the training area.

From his headphones Agaris spoke up "Don't put blame to yourself, you need to be able to pilot..." Agaris pauses knowing she needed to say more to keep Lucus going. "Espers are almost always emotionally unstable, do not blame yourself."

Lucus listens with a sad look running outside to get to his Wunderwaffen. He didn't know if this was his fault but even if it was he could try and calm the situation.

Seed Esper Elysium, Outside, 11:31 AM

Lucus rushed outside the building, running as fast as he could upto his Armor. Climbing up the Armor onto the top, Lucus in a rush almost falling off but regaining his grip.

"Lucus you should be more careful, do not push yourself for them. We have already gathered data on her."

Lucus wasn't taking any of it, he was going to help however he could. Punching in the security code for the hatch for his Wunderwaffen.

Agaris paused for a moment as he didn't listen. "Understood..." in a disappointed yet understanding tone.

The hatch slid open and Lucus crawled inside. The cockpit was not huge but it was large enough as he got into the seat. Stowing his bag in the compartment under his seat while drawing from it Agaris' core. Attaching the core to the control panel, its crystal circuitry glowing as it powers up. The holographic terminals lighting up as the subsystems begin to go online. Lucus locking himself into the seat putting the headphones to the side as he begins to enter commands into the console. Entering a pass-code into the console to deactivate the weapon locks. "Agaris everything ready on your end?"

"Confirmed! All subsystems online, weapons system enabled and weapon battery loaded. Ready for VAR sync when you are."

Lucus nods to himself and primary console to the side as he sits back prepares himself. "Initialize VAR connection, now!" As Lucus' vision is blanketed in pure white light as his mind adjusts. His vision now becoming the vision of the Armor, his movements at the controls now feeling similar to moving naturally just heavier. Heads up displays appearing in his vision with information on the Armor. He could feel Agaris' mind in sync with his own, each thought being reflected of hers and capable of activating the functions of the Armor.

"Sync complete, are you ready to get moving. Please note we are to subdue a non-armored target, we cannot use our standard weaponry."

"Yeah I think i'm ready..." Lucus says doubting himself for a moment, feeling out of his own league every time he activates the VAR protocols. "Readjust the Arc generator to a non-lethal output and redirect the system to the connection plates on the arms." Lucus commands while keeping the blades and firearm retracted and moving quickly towards the training area. His plan was to try and catch and stun using a low-level current, he didn't want to hurt her, but this could get dangerous if nothing was done.

The edges of a'Lincoln's mouth ever so slightly pulled down, at Faith's advice on building interpersonal bonds. It had rather been hoping that its list would have been as simple to follow through on as it had initially assumed, but now it seemed like it would be a more involved affair. Realistically, it had suspected that Dr. Young's seemingly innocuous list would have involved something as complicated and noisome as emotions.

a'Lincoln was rather disappointed in itself, for letting it get its hopes up...though the notion that it had been hoping for a particular scenario was interesting...

The bionoid twitched, as Faith leaned in towards it, briefly confused by the woman's approach. Briefly tilting its head, as it utterly failed to comprehend what the pilot was saying, a'Lincoln eventually gave a simple nod.

Visibly relaxing a bit, as the conversation wandered to the more concrete subject of food, the bionoid gave a more certain nod "Dr. Young has on more than one occasion offered me various candies, as she insists that they help me relax. I find this claim dubious...but I like the red ones. Other foods...I don't eat many other foods, so your preferred meal should be adequate."

It seemed ready to turn back to the commander, and refocus upon its upcoming mission, before a thought visibly struck the construct. Turning back towards Faith, it considered the woman for several awkward moments, before speaking up "I...like that you have proven willing to assist in my endeavors. I'll find some other things I like, for dinner."

Turning back towards Commander Sasha "I'm given to understand that this operation isn't expected to take very long. If that's the case, should we stay prepped to assist with the prototype's test run afterwards?"

Sasha having merely been watching with vague curiosity, she gives a little smile before answering a'Lincoln "Of course, can't be too careful when it comes to the launch of a new Seelie. Though the three of you should get ready to go." Her eyes shifting to look at the highly embarrassed figure of Leo, Sasha sighs.

Faith, on the other hand, had been considering a'Lincoln's words before suddenly replying "Right then, I'll make sure to show your taste buds a whole new world! Gonna make it your best night ever! Oh, hmm..." Hand to her chin as she considered something, Faith spoke a bit more seriously "Can I invite my sisters or would you rather this be like a date? Levi and Serena would love becoming your friend too, but that's your decision."

In only a few minutes, Hera had already collected a debris field around herself, the people left behind working hard on a solution. Melinda however has her eyes glued on the little girl, muttering observations on Hera's status. Then, the young girl turns her attention to the opening passage for Lucus' Armor.

"Why do you feel sorrow for me!? What's wrong with me!?" The debris field beginning to erratically pulse, Melinda calls out towards Lucus in a serious tone "Be careful! Just merely explaining yourself won't be good enough, yet trying to subdue her will provoke a struggle! Amanda will be coming to help with Ryan's VESTA so at the very least holdout until then!" Though with those words spoken Hera cringes a little, tears of fear beginning to stream down her face. That's when she fires forth a shower of junk'd shards at Lucus.

Giving little more than an approving noise, Alan gestures towards the elevator... Then a thought seems to cross his mind. "Seed Esper usually sends a notice before having their mechanics show up. Did something happen that made us look untrustworthy? Cause there's been a bit of hounding from people lately about jobs going not quite intended. I think we dealt with a CACHE Russia guy a while back, I think he complained about us breaking his stolen Life Doll. What was his name...?"

Hand to his chin with eyes closed, Alan wears a look of realization when they speak once more "Alexei Anechka! Guy was really pissed, but that's what happens when you don't tell us what you actually want. His daughter Alena though was like, super cute however. Really nice person, awesome at everything, god I'm just envious of her. Shouldn't be too weird seeing her again, same age and everything."

Giving a sort of awkward look, Alan sighs before dropping his head onto the table "Seriously, why did Seed Esper send you two? Cause I sincerely doubt you two are super geniuses, and I'm a very paranoid person."

Kristen looked over to Irelia, making it clear that shit was going to go down very soon just by her look. “Here goes nothing.” She opened the door and stepped inside, taking a look around as Alan thought out loud, mostly to himself. Kristen listened intently, trying to pick through what he was saying.

“Strange they didn't give you a notice. We'd been told you already had. But you know how it is with these sorts of organizations – 'it's not our fault, we're just following orders'." She made a show of airquoting the 'excuses'. "Nobody wants to take the blame for acting dumb nowadays.”

She took a moment to hear him gush about Alena. “Strange. Might not be meeting her any time soon – or maybe you'll meet her sooner than you think. Word on the grapevine is that the CACHE Russia guy you're talking about? He's going berserk because Alena ran off. Wonder what for? A CACHE base is pretty damn safe.”

She laughed for a moment when Alan raised suspicions that they weren't who they said they were – suspicions that he was correct on, though he had no evidence. “Really? Super genius? I honestly believe most branches of theoretical math are the devil, probably couldn't name every capital on the planet, and would probably forget... uh, about all of my major responsibilities if my phone didn't remind me about them. I'm not a super genius. I don't have to be.”

Giving a nod at Commander Sasha's agreement, a'Lincoln turned its attention back to Faith's reply. Considering Faith for several moments, the bionoid gave a tilt of its head "I-...this one struggles with social multi-tasking. They may find my company disappointing, but I have no objection to engaging with them as well on this 'date' if it suits you. I will trust in your experience."

It actually had a fair few objections to the idea, having enough trouble socializing with one person at a time, but was once again proving too passive to assert its preference. Thinking that things were settled for later, it turned back to Commander Sasha "If we are to disembark, I will need to resume disrobing."

a'Lincoln's social obligations in order, more or less, it had fairly little left to do, before it could launch. Indeed, it didn't have any further questions, and would leave at the Commander's word.

"Pretty good. Updated some of my systems, data transfer's running a bit faster. And I'm getting better with Lunar too. Of course, the thing is literally designed to be an extension of my body so it was pretty amazing to use from the start but that control is getting good now."

He hesitated, trying to figure out what would be wisest to say, before just turning back to Galen.

"You? Everything alright recently?"

Although he worded it like any common small talk, Kit did care about the response. The well-being of any person, especially another member of his team, was important to him. Once Galen had replied he would speak to the rest of the room.

"Yeah, we're ready whenever. You guys done here?"

Nodding to Melinda before Hera launched the shards of junk at Lucus he immediately raises the armors Arms and activates his barriers to deflect the debris.

Lucus didn't want to hurt her but this was dangerous. "Hey, hey I didn't mean it like that. C-can you please calm down?" Lucus says nervously, the voice echoing slightly robotic from the Armor.

"Lucus please be careful, the erratic debris field will be difficult to quickly predict due to her emotional state." The voice directly send via the VAR link.

Lucus will acknowledge Agaris but wasn't done yet. Moving closer closer slowly, no weapons drawn but the barriers from protection up. "P-perhaps you could get ready to go see the wedding?" he mutters nervously watching the movement of debris on his digital overlay.

Irelia followed Kristen into the building. The first thing she noticed was the guy named Alan, sitting on his throne. He was still being skeptical about the whole thing. She was only half-listening to him since Kristen was doing all the talking.

Then he mentioned Alexei Anechka.

Her heart skipped a beat. Paranoia started to kick in and she looked at him, trying to gauge how much he trusted them. She tried to hide her reactions by pretending to be hurt by Alan's doubt of their genius. "So you think we're all beauty and no brains, huh?" Irelia laughed slightly, hoping it would pass.
