"Hello there, ladies and gentleman! Welcome to debut of the hit-new series, Gijinka Hotel! I'm your host and master of ceremony, Host-Kun! The show where the drama is hot, the action is fast, and the points...actually, the points do matter!

Across the world, you've seen Gijinkas rise in popular and grow famous! Admit it, they're everywhere and there's one for almost everything you love and hate. But sadly, fame is like money: it's abundance, but not everybody gets a fair share. But that is why this show exists!

The Gijinkas in this apartment complex, the Skyline Palace. An apartment that, despite it's fancy name, is actually just a rundown, old-looking apartment in suburbia. They will be forced to go through the absolutely worst that suburban life can throw at them! From dealing with insects to trying to pay rent to the Fire Nation attacking.

...Yes, it can and will happen, ladies and gentleman.

The girls are aware that their adventures are being documented for you, the viewer. But this isn't some scripted show with bad acting and bad writers! Because these girls aren't trying to get money, they're in it for love! Your love, to be exact! That's right, the goal is to be as endearing and cute as they possibly can and to get you to like them! All while surviving the absolute worst that can and most certainly will be thrown at them!

These girls will also be dealing with their greatest challenge: each other! They will either be both cooperating and sabotaging each other for your love! They will make friends, make enemies, lines will be drawn, erased, re-written, and the paper will be crumpled up and thrown into the garbage. And you will get to watch it all unfold!

So our audience should get that popcorn ready! And our contestants, good luck! Oh, you're gonna need it."

Now then, with that little intro up there, I should explain this more clearly. This pseudo-game show RP will follow themes of the wacky tabletop RPG, Mascot-Tan, which is essentially a retooling of Maid: The RPG with a few dashes of Dokapon Kingdom. So expect comedy, action, and maybe romance if you work for it-but don't count on it.

This game is gonna be pretty loose with no real 'plot' unless I decide something should happen. From 'Character X's power is out, what should she do?!' to 'A swarm of giant cockroaches invaded the hotel! Oh no!' So it's a slice-of-life, exaggerated comedy, free form hybrid...thing.

And in case any of you were wondering: there are no 'real' points, but the more events you overcome and the more NPC you can get to like you, the more benefits your character gets. Like 'Character X won Truth or Dare! Character X gets a better bed'. I'll also give you benefits if you draw your character, write about your character in some kind of story, or even cosplay as your character-but please, PLEASE don't do it if you're a guy and your character's a girl. I mean it. I will not be merciful with the penalty.

Lastly, a Gijinka based on just about anything can be allowed. Wanna be the personification of a Game Console? Go for it! Of a Pokemon? Go for it! Of some electronic appliance? Go for it! The only limitation is that you cannot do something someone else already has. So if Character X is based on a Sun, you cannot do yours based on a sun. I'll be sure to have a list of characters and their themes and owners so you do not get caught with your pants down.

• Name: Bumba Shoot Knight
• Theme: The sun.
• Gender: Female(Female)
• 16
• Appearance: A sun-masked gremlin of sorts◊.
• Abilities: Fireball Lvl 1, Hot Steam Lvl 1(both of these are fire spells that she can cast. She tends to only use the second one when she gets angry.)
• Personality: She attempts to be cool and collected, but isn't terribly hard to set off. Bumba is a literal hothead. She intends to do well in things like studies, and while athletic a bit, she likes a good book.
• Possessions:
  • A necklace with a Red Rose in it, symbolizing her father.
  • Her clothes, of course(a skirt, a shirt, and a vest).
  • A small bracelet that has a picture of her mom, showing a small Oni mask.

Mind if I play a gijinka of the following concepts? I want to know which one is the best idea for this RP.

• Appearance: I really wish I had more clothes◊
• Abilities: Gynoid with the ability to transfer massive amounts of electricity through her body, this ability is used to supply the power demands of the directed energy weapons.
• Personality: Energetic, does not like her outfit.
• Possessions: 1 MK 21 Fusion Cannon... fires a big jet of high energy plasma, 2 MK 34 Laser Katana's.... obvious purpose, 1 MK 12 Impulse shield, its the energy weapon equivalent of armor, a force-sheild... and lastly a Mk 14 flight kit.
• Misc.: Did I mention she really dislikes her outfit?

• Abilities: Can turn intangible at will. Also can do...something incomprehensible...that deals damage to opponents. (You cannot grasp the true form of Giygas' attack!)

• Personality: Relatively grumpy and sarcastic, but shy underneath. Not interested in winning the show as they only joined due to losing a bet. Enjoys drawing and painting.

• Possessions: Nothing noteworthy.

• Misc.: Stutters lightly.

• Personality: Cheerful if completely oblivious to Earth culture. Tries her best but doesn't understand others well so she can come off as rude.
• Possessions: A communication device that can reach space.
• Misc: Is a Steven Universe OC.

• Theme: Wikipedia

• Gender: Female

• Age: 9 (created in 2006)

• Appearance: Don't abbreviate as "Wiki"◊

• Abilities: encyclopedia like intelligence (with a few glaring errors).

• Personality: Intelligent, courteous, and polite. Wikipe-tan is still very much a child however. She is incredibly naive and gullible and will believe anything she is told. She is curious and inquisitive and will seek to learn about anything she is unfamiliar with.

• Possessions: A note book filled with notes written in pencil, a pencil, books, and a sock puppet.

• Misc.: Has two sisters/coworkers, Commons-tan and Quote-Tan. Being non-profit with no ad revenue, Wikipe-tan has very little money.

Its weird not writing a bio. Out of curiosity, why does it seem like everyone's abilities are combat oriented?

So we can have more then one character? May take advantage of that. Would it be possible to play Zone-tan? Haha, think it would be funny to dance around her subject (I'd just allude to what she does, don't actually want to get into it), and I like her design. If not, may go with a OS tan.

My charterer is a personification of weaponry, of course her abilities will gear her twords fighting. >.>

• Name: Shiren the Wanderer
• Theme: Rogue-likes
• Gender: Male
• Age: 18 years old.
• Appearance: He wears a straw hat and a blue striped cape. He also has purple hair, and is about average body build.
• Abilities:
  • He can regenerate his wounds if he has a full belly. As a downside, if he has an empty belly, his body wears out at a rapid pace, and eventually, he dies if he isn't fed in time. Some Rogue-likes have a hunger meter and hunger meters are used to limit one's time in floor exploration.
  • If he dies or is knocked out, he immediately appears in his room. Unfortunately, all of his possessions he's carrying will disappear. Rogue-likes are known for their permadeath mechanic, which basically means you have to start a new game each time you die.
  • He has the ability to scribe magic spells onto blank scrolls with a magic marker or a pen if he used a magic scroll beforehand. Before coming to the hotel, he has already memorized the Airslash, Confusion and Slumber Spells. Rogue-likes are known for the magic scroll and blank scroll gimmick.
    • Airslash: Shiren reads the scroll and sends out a razor-sharp burst of wind at his foes.
    • Confusion: A star drops on his foes, and their minds become addled.
    • Slumber: A white gas shoots out of the scroll. If anyone breathes it, they fall asleep. Best used solo.
• Personality: Very quiet but friendly. He's also very altruistic.
• Possessions:
  • A talking weasel named Koppa.
  • 3 Holding Pots, special pots that can fit anything Shiren can hold with one hand.
  • 1 Storage Pot, a special pot that can send items to a room he has designated as a Warehouse.
  • A Katana
  • An Iron Shield
• Misc: He lets Koppa do most of the talking for him. Most Rogue-like protagonists are mute and Shiren is no exception.

Appearance: Chibi sees a new friend.◊

Abilities:

• Celestial Brush magic: Oddly enough, Chibi uses his tail to cast the techniques. Currently able to cast Sunrise (Actually a small ball of fire, as he has not mastered this technique), Waterspout (Self explanatory, was taught immediately after Chibi first cast Sunrise) Rejuvenation (repairs damaged items/structures), and Bloom (promotes plant growth).

• Chibi can use Divine Retribution as a shield or a boomerang frisbee.

• Quite good at brush art.

• If injured, Chibi can regains health by eating food.

Personality: Chibiterasu is cheerful, kindhearted and loyal, He also tends to drift off easily, having inherited his mother's short attention span.

Possessions:

• Divine Retribution: Found hovering on Chibi's back. Flames only appear when Divine Retribution is in use.

• Ink gourds x3: Used to power Chibi's brush techniques. Each brush technique uses up one gourd's worth of ink, but they fill back up after 30 seconds.

Misc:

• Chibi cannot swim.

Wasn't sure whether to use this idea, but now that we have a Roguelike Gijinka, this is too good to pass up.

*Name: Miranda (Miracle+Random)

• Theme: The Random Number God

• Gender: Female

• Appearance: Critical Success!◊

• Abilities: Miranda is absurdly lucky. (The wings are purely decorative - she can't fly.)

• Personality: Cute, bubbly and very mischievous.

• Possessions: A seemingly infinite amount of dice

• Misc.: Will very likely develop a grudge towards Shiren the Wanderer.

Alright, I might as well give this a shot. I've got a backup idea or two if this doesn't work out though.

• Name: Robbie Pipp (The Pip-Boy)

• Theme: The RobCo Personal Information Processor

• Gender: Male

• Age: 21

• Appearance: A stout, impish sort of fellow with a shock of red hair and slightly pointed ears garbed either a thick red cloth jumpsuit bearing the logo of his parent company or a garish yellow and red outfit reminiscent of something out of a science fiction B-Movie. Such like this.

• Abilities: Extraordinary physical toughness, survival skills, flawless memory for written text or static images, sonar local mapping, "Vacuum"-Assisted Targeting System.

• Personality: Rob is a jolly, friendly sort of bloke with a slight anger issue bubbling under the surface, especially evident when someone mistakes himself or his parent company as being one and the same as Vault-Tec and it's mascot.

• Possessions: His two outfits, a copy of the 2000 Plus model of his product (unfortunately out of power or fissonable material) and a simple wooden baseball bat.

• Misc.: Is adamant about his role as the mascot of his product line rather than "that other Boy" who is depicted on most of his interfaces.

• Appearance: I am watching you◊...er your hamburger.

• Abilities: The ability to see the perverted potential in anything, turn into a demon◊ when pissed, draw, and use flash.

• Personality: When in a good mood she is playful and mischievous. When in a bad mood she is easily irritated and exasperated (due to the people she has to deal with in her work, its easy to find her in a bad mood). In either mood she tends to be quite snarky. While she can be affectionate, she can just as easily be sadistic or even outright malicious. She is a pervert, but actually has tact unlike many who are described as such (though she has her moments too, especially if confronted with something she is a fan girl of, like Harry Partridge).

• Possessions: An H-key, a labtop, a drawing tablet, and a shock collar.

• Misc.: Co-workers include Dave the camera guy and Lemmy the tentacle monster. Also worked with a number of other names in the industry. Decided to go on the show to diversify her image. Due to the nature of her work and previous performance on ZTV, producers only agreed to let her on the show if she wore a shock collar for on the spot "censoring"
