Suggestion: Neutral Evil

Like to suggest this panel of a Scrooge Mc Duck story.

Not bad as a starting point for the discussion.

Well, we have both the "lawful" and "chaotic" in one sentence, and he's certainly evil. For that alone, it works.

Here's a higher quality alternate of the same; the other one looks like an original 1950s print.

^^ Well, in context he's replying to a clear question, not just blurting out his allignment for no reason. For the trope itself it might be a good caption, though.

I like as a caption, although it's a little wordy.
