If that's on another page, I don't know what it is.
I've never seen that.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanKnowing what it's from could help, since it'd probably be listed on Image Source if it were already used.
Moon◊The image is familiar to me, I am 90% sure it is from the Simpsons.
I don't get it.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Yup, looks like it is. "Lost Our Lisa", specifically.
I don't see any mention of that episode in the Simpsons section on ImageSource.Western Animation, and none of the not-a-specific-episode entries match the image either. So, no conflicts that I can tell.
Moon◊~peasant Because Area 51 has its own trope page
~ShadowHog Maybe some page is using the text just as a quote, then. Never mind. It appears as a trope example on I Was Never Here and Suspiciously Specific Denial, but not as the pagequote.

If it ain't broke, fix it 'til it isThat doesn't preclude the place from being an example of this trope though. Especially since the images I suggested aren't even indicative that it is Area 51.
Even still, I feel it would be best to not use Area 51

If it ain't broke, fix it 'til it isWell, yeah, that's the other reason I'm hesitant to use that one
If it ain't broke, fix it 'til it isWhy not use an image of Area 51? It's a good example of a Black Site, and nobody is going to confuse the article for something that is only about Area 51. The image doesn't even say that's what it is.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.A) I already answered that question and B) honestly, I was kinda hoping someone might know of a really interesting and original picture that illustrates the trope well that they saw somewhere. Area 51 might be the most obvious choice, but that doesn't necessarily make it the best choice, and until I'm convinced that it is, just settling for Area 51 just feels a bit defeatist.

If it ain't broke, fix it 'til it isNo it doesn't make it the best possible; but I think it is the best suggested so far.
Also, no, you didn't answer that question :) (Unless you count "because there is an article about it", but I don't.)

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Settling for an image that works but isn't the best possible is still better than no image, since at the end of it, it's still an image that works. (By the way, I think it works.)
And on the other end of it, you can only make yourself head out on the web to find a better image.
Check out my fanfiction! How about this: We use that image, but keep the discussion open just in case
If it ain't broke, fix it 'til it isA discussion for potential improvements is always open. Maybe not in this thread (if it closes with that conclusion), but an image being chosen isn't set in stone.
That said, I'm not sure how much support it does have.

Check out my fanfiction!Nothing in the sign picture says that's a Black Site. I'd imagine all military facilities have some kind of "restricted area, no trespassing" -signs like that.
The key part - I feel - is the "Photography of this area is strictly prohibited" part; which to me marks this area as being meant to be kept secret.
To be fair, I've been past police stations where photography was strictly prohibited. And a dump for decommissioned serving area interface boxes
If it ain't broke, fix it 'til it isWhat about more visual examples of black sites under active site blacking?
Volkel air base◊ housing 22 "decommissioned" cold war-era US nuclear missiles.
S.H.I.E.L.D's investigation on Thor's hammer's impact crater. 1◊, 2, and 3
EDIT And this lovely plot of open farmland.

If I'm reading the signs correctly, the open farmland is just that: open farmland around a radio navigation beacon. There's nothing "black" about it — you'll be able to find that site on any sectional chart.
Too blurry/low quality for my liking, and I'd like to see at least a hint at "not what it looks like" in such an image.

Crown Description:
Nominations for replacement images:
I've got a new trope that was recently
declassifiedadded and could really use an image. And a pagequote.
And a laconic entry (the one I wrote for the YKTTW was a bit too laconic, but I can't think of another one).
Any ideas?
I found this◊, but only because I couldn't shake the feeling that it was already in-use on some page (and I'm still not 100% sure).
