Yeah, the current illustrates the suicide part, but not the never part. I think that's kind of important, so it's at a pullable level.
Check out my fanfiction!While "wrong information" or "no information" is really bad, I don't think "not enough information" is worth a pull-without-replacement on its own. The caption can say why it's "never".

This seems like a case of Fan Myopia. Anybody unfamiliar with South Park wouldn't know why this message is not legit. Well, I have seen my fair share but still had to google the answer. The captions doesn't help much. And even if the image worked universally, it would be better suited for Forged Message.
