Battleborn, Gearbox's FPS MOBA

Announced a while back, but here's some more concrete info on it.

• Characters have an out-of-game leveling system for skins and options on their skill tree, probably basically like Heroes Of The Storm.
• Accounts have a level system as well for getting "badges, titles, and loot".
• Game modes are a campaign (playable single-player and up to five player co-op), traditional MOBA, take-and-hold objectives, and Escort Mission of your minions to the center.
• Set to release this winter.

Interesting. As someone who enjoyed Super Monday Night Combat, even in ignorance, perhaps I will be able to enjoy this in enlightenment.

I personally much preferred the first one. The second felt too much like a MOBA, just in third-person and with aiming. I found it weird compared to the style of the first.

Then we stand on different sides, it seems. I love the ARTS design, and while I'm not a great shot, I have Dota and Hot S to scratch my classic ARTS need.

This game looks great as hell. The first time I saw Thorn I fell in love. Phoebe looks pretty good too.

Although... I'm starting to think I have a thing for chicks with bows....

Well in general, you're in luck.

The funny thing is, I like to get up close with my enemies. Thorn is a long range fighter so I'll be playing outside my usual comfort zone this time.

Have there been any details of a Season Pass?

Are you gonna get the game? I'm getting it for the Xbox One.

Quite interested, but I'm afraid I do not own an Xbone (I'm sorry, I'm infantile) and would get it on my computer.

Release date announced for May 3rd and no one mentioned that )-;

Five more Battleborn set to be released for free post-launch along with maps, mutiplayer modes, and other updates and features, and there will be five $5 DLC packs consisting of PvE story content and character customizations.

It is amazing how small the Battleborn page is. I'm surprised none of the characters have any pictures of them in their profiles.

Hm? They all have at least two screenshots of themselves. Which isn't much, granted.
