So we got a little bit before the thread goes up. Any questions anyone has for before the game starts? Such as what available factions there are, what can you find, what's the point of tagging and all that.

So, let us discuss!

Oh, yes

What are the factions that is there?

Can we introduce an outside faction, simply in name and perhaps a contact occasionally?

Factions include, Enclave, Bandits, Brotherhood, Times Square, Wall Street, Brooklyn, and a recent NCR outpost that is just there as a embassy until they can get fully mobilized outward.

Other factions are perfectly fine to use as contacts.

Wall Street are made of people obsessed with the idea of making it big in stock and will hire you as a "investment".

Times Square is a standard settlement and it's okay to live there, player homes will be found there as well as a Gun Runners.

Brooklyn? It's a bit of a thuggish street with people there having notoriously short tempers.

Uh, yeah, when is the game set in, by the way? I mean, by 2281 the NCR was stretched pretty thin already while dealing with California and Nevada, I hardly see them sending men all the way to the East Coast at this time >_>

2287. Around 6 years after New Vegas. They only got a representative team out there, so they have no power.

I like most of this (Brooklyn should be especially fun), but I think Wall Street should have some elements of Tenpenny Towers. It would just feel more fitting for the people there to be (mostly) rich jerks.

Oh they are. They speak in a lot of weird stock jargon and look down on the characters for not being as rich as them.

Well we are already on the first quest, the group has split up and they are in one of the most dangerous locations of New York.
