There is a loud roar echoing throughout the convention center, it's proud! It's big! It's the cheer of fans! The Gunpla Battle Ultimate Tourney is here!

Some fans are confused as to why Germany decided to hold it's own Tournament, but regardless it's here! Fans of all kinds have entered the Tournament and made it through the qualifiers!

The room darkens and the audience goes quiet, on the view screens appear video interviews of our contests and video clips of their gunpla in action!

For this start. Make a post about your character being interviewed, and write a short clip of your gunpla choices doing something awesome.

"Alphonse, what Gunpla did you choose, and why ?" the commentator asked.

"I chose the Renaissance Gundam. I used it because I wanted to challenge myself and prove that it is not the best Gunpla that makes the winner. It is the Gunpla that we love and the skill of the pilot that makes the winner !" Alphonse Said, lying because he lacked talent and only won because of luck and planning.

"So, this gunpla is based on what mobile suit ?" Asked again the commentator.

"Of the Reborns Gundam." Alphonse Replied.

"Thank you for this interview. "Next..." The commentator Announced...

I'm not crazy, just creatively different.

It was a noisy place, Ric thought. There are too many people and he didn't like crowds very much.

Ric arrived in Germany just a day before the opening ceremonies of the tournament, so he was still suffering from jet lag. Europe was on the other side of the world in relation to his country after all. He showed his invitation to the receptionist and was led to a room where other participants were being interviewed while his kits were taken to a separate room to be presented. He just thought they should just hurry up and get on with it so he can get some sleep.

A few minutes later, a reporter approached him and said things in what he can only assume was German. If he were in Japan, he would've answered in Japanese, being fluent in the language, but he was in Germany, and the only German words he knew were "eins," "zwei," "drei," and "blitzkrieg." He showed the rather pretty lady reporter a confused look before she cleared her throat and started speaking in English.

"Hello! What is your name?" asked the reporter.

Ric showed a small smile, he was on TV after all, "Ricardo Cruz. I came from the Philippines."

Miss reporter looked genuinely surprised,"Oh! That is surprising. Is this your first time in Germany?"

Ric nodded, "Actually yes. I've never been to any European country until now. I was hoping to see the sights first, but I just arrived yesterday. I guess I'll go sight seeing later."

Miss reporter nodded in agreement, "That is good. Now, with so many competitors in this tournament, how do you see your chances in winning?"

Ric thought for a bit, "Well, I think I'll do well. I am pretty confident with the quality of my units and my battling skills."

The reporter thanked Ric and went back to speaking in German. Before Ric was shown to the assembly hall, he took one final glance at the very shapely female reporter, mentally giving her a 9 on his scale of female hotness. He then stood together with the rest of the participants, eagerly waiting for the opening ceremonies and events to start.

"Come on dude, let me interview you, it'll be so much more interesting!" Andrew Wilkes-Krier pointed authoritatively from his chair at the cameraman, holding a camera of his own. "This'll be a great bit for my DVD." He smiled, pushing his brown locks back over his shoulder.

"So, why'd you get this job?" He leaned towards the camera, not intent on backing down. The interviewer seemed flustered.

"He's actually just an intern—"

Andrew curled up one enormous eyebrow. "Intern?! Even freaking better! Dude, what are you majoring in?"

The cameraman finally spoke up. "Oh, uh, Film, sir."

"Sweet dude!" He threw an aggressive thumbs-up right back. "What're you gonna do with it? You got any movie ideas?"

"Well, uh, I wanted to make a Gundam movie using the Gunpla for it. I just think that since we have this technology we should do more with it, you know?"

"Hell yeah man!" Andrew held up his own Gunpla, Gundam Partyarms. "Do you have a page I can follow your work? Could I get Partyarms a cameo?"

The interviewer took the moment to seize the spotlight back. "Actually Mr. Wilkes-Krier, maybe you could tell us about the Gundam Partyarms?"

Andrew raised another enormous eyebrow. "Come on, dude, I've already done that. Don't worry, I'll edit that comment out in post. All you newcomers need to know is first check out my videos on my Niconico account Andrew Wilkes-Kampfer, or Youtube under my Vevo, which is just my name." He swung around to point at the camera. "I'm Andrew WK! I'm America's Gunpla Image Rocker, and it's time to party!"
