I'm sorry if this sounds dumb, but where's the option to add indexing to a page since the site overhaul? I just moved Desura to Useful Notes but I can't find the "Set Page Type" option under Tools. I was able to set the page to Useful Notes with "Un-typed Pages" but I couldn't find the +Indexing option anywhere.

Added a link to your post.

The button has been hidden from non-moderators because it came with functions that break the Google rankings. For now, you'll need to ping a moderator to fix such an issue.

I've implemented the fix now.

On that note

didn't the sidebar used to have a "this page needs mod help" button? If the page typer is disabled and we need to ping a mod, how do we best go about doing that?

i ask because WhatCouldHaveBeen.Video Games needs to do indexing and hey this is the first topic i spotted on the subject

PM or holler or Ask The Tropers would work, as would the Locked Pages thread.

That said, indexing is not an issue that you need a moderator for.

I don't think I understand that statement. Don't you need to use the page typer to make a page perform indexing with the [index][/index] tags?

Nah, just a misunderstanding on my part.
