Notability isn't tremendously relevant, although an article for a non-notable work is likely to wither up and die.

I'm a bit new to the forums and how adding stuff works on this place, so sorry if this post is in the wrong place.
So as it says on the subject title, do fanworks have to be well known to get their own pages? Like per say, would a completed/in progress series between two people on Youtube be able to suffice for its own page, meeting some requirements, or can you just feel free to make a page on it and construct the article and all yourself?
