A new extended trailer for Season 2 has just been released:

And it is quite possibly THE MOST AWESOME THING EVER!

Samurai! Ninjas! Swashbucklers! DINOSAURS! Zombie Confederate soldiers! And possibly the Incredible Hulk.

Did they change Vixen's actress? She looks different.

They're using an ancestor of Mari. The actress that plays Mari wasn't available so they used a different actress and called her an ancestor of the present day Vixen.

Oh.

Well that explains that.

We do know that others had the amulet before her, so it's not too much of a stretch.

Odd she has the same costume though.

did Cisco make her costume? or help? (I know she's a designer so idk, i never saw that episode of Error) because if he did, or had input, well, this Vixen is presumably screwing up the timeline. Cisco may have had some vibes and rolled with it.

It's like they dumped all the annoying drama and replaced it with even more silly time-travel shenanigans. I loved that trailer. Now I hope they actually dumped the drama and that, as the only non-gay woman on the team, Vixen isn't going to be plagued with an insufferable romance arc.

I can't wait to know which Queen of France Sara seduced. Since we saw some Musketeers in the trailer, I will now make a bet that it will be Anne of Austria.

Actually, based on promo images, Star Girl is in the JSA, too.

When you run with time travelers I don't think using the same costume your descendant will use is so unusual.

maybe Cisco/ Mari had a back up and they stole it. left a little " will return it either yesterday, tomorrow, six months from now or three years ago, unless it gets blown up sorry" postit note.

Anyone know how many episodes this season is supposed to have? Season 1 had sixteen episodes, but it also started mid-season, so I'm not sure if Season 2 starting in Fall means it's going to be longer or not.

So far it only has 13 episodes.

They mentioned they want to have fewer episodes then other Berlantiverse shows. Also CW's schedule is packed. They renewed all but 1 show from last season and also picked up 4 additional series.

This season premier's been pretty solid.

Yes villains working together! Yes old school superheroes!

That felt like a good start to the series.

I liked this.

Even though I don't hate Ray anymore, Sara talking smack to him and him being chased by Dinosaurs was great.

And now, the Justice Society of America is gonna lay solid beating on the punk legends.

So I guess the big question is... What happened to Rip?

Also, should I know the name of this Heywood dude?

And is it a known fact that Einstein's Ex wife was also a Physicist and he collaborated with her on his theories.

Cause that would be DCTV is a massive alternate timeline. Well it already was, but still.

Dr. Nathaniel Heywood is Citizen Steel in the DC Universe.

In the DC Universe he goes by Nathan Heywood. He is the grandson of Commander Steel.
