Not sure what you mean by "creases," but yes, it's perfectly possible. Lots of the more subtle examples of Foreshadowing end up on Fridge, as do subtle Shout Outs and underlying themes.

Sometimes storytelling is like that. Imply instead of state, let your audience draw the connection.

Is it possible to intentionally create fridge brilliance without any creases? More importantly, how can it be used correctly?
