This trope launched recently and it'd be nice to have an illustrative image. I was thinking of some kind of "before and after" comparison where it shows a character near the beginning of a work before they've developed a drug problem, and then near the end when they've developed a full-blown addiction. Can anyone think of a suitable image or work?

Is this in use elsewhere? And if not, do the issue title and expression get across the idea that he wasn't always an alcoholic?◊

Possibly, but I'm not sure if it gets across the fact that this trope is about a character gradually becoming an addict.
