Current is just a "Missing" poster of Waldo. I don't think he's had any children as far as I'm aware, so I don't think he's even an example.

This is extremely hard to show in a picture, so the best I'm thinking is something like comparing two side-by-side family photos, one with the dad and the other without. But I don't know of any works with something like that.

Aye, needs to point out how he's a dad for this to work at all.

I never new Waldo was a dad. I always assumed he was a bachelor, considering how he's always hiding alone. This image definitely needs to go with Waldo: to someplace where no one will find it.

Dump the current...no thoughts on a replacement right now.

Yeah, the current's pretty awful. You can maybe get the Disappeared from it, but the Dad is nowhere to be seen.

Here's Hohenheim walking out on his family. He's clearly Dad (family's in the foreground) and he's clearly Disappearing (he's leaving ominously with a suitcase in hand).

[up][up] Really? Because I've read/watched the series, but the image could also be seen as father coming back.

With his back to his family? How would that be coming back?

Oh, that was his back. The light must have confused me. XP

He is leaving? *gets out the magnifying glass*. Oh that is his hair, it looks like that is just a jacket open and his face is obscured by the light.

[tdown] at that size, maybe if you crop the sides thus making it bigger.

Maybe once I get home; it was a miracle of modern science that I was able to do that much on MS Paint (vomits).

I can't tell that he's leaving from the picture either.

Ditto. My first thought on seeing the picture was "family greets dad as he arrives". I head to really squint before being able to tell that he's facing away. The light right under his head looks a bit like a shirt.

I'll crop the image better when I get home.

Can we at least agree for the time being that the current's got to go?

Oh yes the current has to go. For one thing he isn't even a father...

It's gone.

What? Why did you think he was hiding?

How about a picture of those family stickers you see on cars, and the dad sticker is damaged or missing?

The idea is good, but the quality of those leaves a bit to be desired.

I'll be honest, I'm seeing Slenderdad coming home more than a disappeared dad, and I know the context of the picture. [tdown]
