This would be an Trope Repair Shop question, and One-Hit Wonder is about the reception while One-Book Author is about the number of works one has created. So I am thinking no.

One-Hit Wonder and One-Book Author seem redundant. The single largest section of 'one BOOK author' is the music section, and while each genre has its own folder in one hit wonder, there's also a fairly large 'not music' section.
