I also get this bug, usually when editing a page.
About 1/3 of the page's content would shift over to the left, creating a dead space on the right side of the page.

I wasn't able to reproduce the bug. What OS and browser are you guys using?

Can't replicate it in Firefox 37.0.1 Windows 7 with or without Night Mode.

I'm using Google Chrome, on Windows 8.1.
It doesn't actually happen all the time, though.

Internet Explorer, Windows 7.
I've yet to see it when editing though.

It usually happens when I press the Page Down button during the edit page.

I have a bug where going to a new page of search results (while in Classic View) causes the entire screen to shift to the left by about a third of the screen (including the Display Options menu and part of the search box). Getting the cursor to the left end of the search box via arrows (sometimes) makes the screen go back to normal. And sometimes a side banner ad appears in the middle, on top of the search results.
