Does Senran Kagura have bosses like the one in this video?

Hyped for Hyperdimension Neptunia V 2Hope this game doesn get any kind of censorship when it gets released overseas (if it ever gets one)
Help me find a cool signature plzhttp://dengekionline.com/elem/000/001/176/1176052/
Mamori and Mirei are DLC for Bhikkhuni!
Awesome.
I think one of things that I saw in the video is that the partners aren't locked to certain characters. In this trailer Momo was partnered with Rinka but in Rikna's trailer she was partnered with Ranka and in Mana's trailer she was partnered with Momo. Another thing I've observed is that the girls can transform into multiple weapons. This confuses me because I was under the assumption that each girl was locked to one weapon and that weapon could evolve. Than again, Mamori changed from Sword to Twin Blades but it's still kind of a Sword. Here Rinka is usually a pair of Gauntlets for Ranka but in this trailer she's a Spear for Momo. I wonder what the story justifications for this is?

Hyped for Hyperdimension Neptunia V 2Double posting for notice. If anyone can't wait for the youtube videos to show up, here's a vod from a twitch stream of the game.
Hyped for Hyperdimension Neptunia V 2Sweetness. Now to take this out of context a bit.
How did they end up on Bhikkuni Island? Why, that's simple! They found Mermaid Island's Terminal, and used it to get on over there. Terminals are so convenient.
A video of someone taking a character to final drive and of her specials. I'll throw a NSFW warning just to cover my rear.

Takaki's reporting Bhikkhuni's LE has sold 87.6% of its stock. Hopefully this means the game did well.
Marvelous JP's YT account is dead, again.
Arg. I just hope nothings happening to people that uploaded Senran or Valkyrie content.
Hyped for Hyperdimension Neptunia V 2According to Media Create and Famitsu, Bhikkhuni sold 40k copies on its first week.
Finally got my copy of VD: Bhikkhuni.
I'm very, very impressed. Aside of voluptous protagonists and the fact it has the clothes-ripping mechanic there's little in common with Senran Kagura. The battle system is considerably more complex, you have light and heavy attacks (Square and Triangle respectively) plus a special attack mainly used to start air combos on circle. X has different functions according to the way is pressed: Jump, Hover, Homing Dash and Flight.
Unlike SK, here the combos are timing dependant and working in tandem with the Phantom Move mechanic you can get some really complex combos going on by tapping and holding the attack buttons. For example: O, O, X (hold), X, Square X 3, O, X (Hold), X, Square X 3, O, X (hold), X Triangle, etc.
The Drives are essentially glorified Shinobi transformations but having four different tiers allows to bigger movesets for each character thus expanding the combo possibilities.
This makes the system somewhat daunting for people expecting a SK clone since is easy to feel that you're pressing buttons but not getting a satisfactory result but is all matter of practice and getting the hang of it. In that sense is simlar to a fighting game where mashing buttons won't get you very far.
I'm only on the first missions and while so far the game has been easy (you have a TON of health and enemies don't do a lot of damage) enemies are more agressive than Versus' punching bags (Bosses in particular won't stop attacking or stand still) forcing you to be on constant movement to start your combos.
Graphic-wise the game shits all over the Vita SK with better stages and character models. I've seen people claiming that this takes a toll on the framerate but so far I haven't found the game unplayable or anything.
The general design on the levels is also closer to a character-driven action game than the pseudo musou style of the versus games, Camera is infinitely superior and having a functional lock on puts this game MILES ahead of the Versus games.
Definitely worth the price and I'm really hoping it gets localized, it pretty much does better anything SK does.
Takaki says no plans for localize Bhikkhuni

Honestly I'm not surprised. It's amazing we even got Senran Kagura.
To pity someone is to tell them "I feel bad about being better than you."Marvelous put out a couple of replies immediately that they're not opposed to releasing it in the West.

Looks fairly straightforward for a brawler.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!
