Why? It was pruned and locked because of an ongoing problem with editors refusing to stop adding crap to it, to the point that the information on the trope was lost on a mass of supposedly "clever" stuff. What makes you think that won't start up again? What needs to be added or changed that can't go through the Locked Pages thread?

There are no examples showing. How about cleaning them up, putting them back on and use the Locked Thread going forward.

You are suggesting, I take it, that it is possible to have legitimate examples that aren't the mess that was the article previously? Why not Sandbox a few and we'll take a look?
