Try to delete cache and cookies. Maybe that will stabilize your login.

Sorry, that was the first thing I tried - and the only thing I could think of - but it didn't work.

While this isn't a issue on my laptop, every time I close my browser on my home PC I have to re-enter my troper handle and password. Is there a reason for this?
Edit: I'm using Firefox on Windows 7.
