I believe what Septimus is wondering (and I'm wondering the same thing, by the way,) is if the game is going to be somewhere else, why would you want to recruit players here?

I read the rules but I wasn't sure if this would be allowed or not. If I wanted to start an rp group outside of T.V tropes (Ex. Tumblr) would I be allowed to start a thread to ask if anyone would be interested (No external link, just want to see if anyone would be interested in an rp group of that fandom since it's a little obscure)?
