I use Bowguns, switching between Light and Heavy when needed. Also Bombs, lots and lots of bombs. I'm right now at the Rank Five quests, though things have stalled. I have to go into the Arena (which I never even touched in 3) because I'm looking for Pinnacle Coins and I'm at a loss finding them.
I'm rocking the Battle outfit and using the Rathling Gun and Queen's Longfire, I'm a little let down because I don't think the Hunter's Rifle makes a return here, same thing with the Wroggi Armor.
Would you guys recommend the Cragscliff
or the Red Tigrex Great Sword?
i'm a glaive guy myself. pretty sweet, smacking a rathian's head with a bug and then becoming a kamen rider with the seltas armor
i'm gonna fight rathalos next but i want to farm for armor spheres + first
