What's with this trope? At first, it seems to be selling itself as a counterpart to Early-Installment Weirdness, but then it takes a dive into YMMV territory, culminating in this line: "While this can be subjective like Seasonal Rot, Later Installment Weirdness is a point in the work's run that is more universally panned by both fans and critics (see also Critical Dissonance)."
So, is this an objective trope or YMMV? If the latter, then it is redundant with Jumping the Shark, Dork Age, and Seasonal Rot. If the former, then it needs a rewrite to sound less like an Audience Reaction.
UPDATE: The subjective stuff in the description has been ironed out to make this sound less like complaining.
