This is the discussion thread for the Call Of Cthulhu crossover RP titled "Salem By Night".

So I assume my character knows about the vampires right?

And how do we get Special Agent Fox involved?

And the professer.

I assume that the Cultists are aware of the vampires, and as for the agent, he is assigned to investigate a series of gruesome murders in and around Salem that may or may not be supernatural in nature.

Good thing he is a agent Mulder.

Maybe the cultist professer is up to something? Like a contract with the vampires in return for knowledge or somesuch. I'm just spit-balling.

That could work. I could see him trying to appeal to Caesar or the leader of the Sabbat incursion.

How could we work that in? And then the agent would show up shortly after?

Maybe the cultist is at the nightclub, spying on the Camarilla. The professor could be trying to figure out who is committing the murders, and believes Caesar has the information that could help identify the suspect.

As for Agent Fox, he could be newly arrived at Salem, getting a briefing from the Essex County Police when reports of another murder come in, a few blocks away from the nightclub, and then he could question Lita and the Professor.

Alright, so I put him at the nightclub. He's just watching them come and go for now though.

I came up with my own reason why Agent Fox is there. I can change it if you like.

Nah, that's good. You're doing fine. I even decided to involve Lita into the storyline.

I was thinking of making another one too. I wasn't sure what exactly though.

So I figure North can use Fox towards a mutual goal... for now. If he stumbles into North's cultic background though, I can't garuntee what he'll do.

Damien dealt with Aliens. North is one cultist he has to put up with for now.

I'm interested to see how a Mulder character acts without Scully as a foil.

Hey, I feel real shitty about this but I'm actually going to have to drop. I severely underestimated the work load of both my full-time job and my part-time university work so there's just no way I'd be able to keep up with an RP right now.
