This page is more recent than that, as the wayback machine only has one entry (from January). It was a single example stub with no YKTTW, so no wonder it got chainsawed and locked.
Assuming there isn't a duplicate trope I'm missing, I'd say it could be run through YKTTW.

If they wanted to cut it, they should have removed the Laconic page as well.

Aye, hence I've cut the subpage. FYI, I did lock and cut the main page because it was a stub under a line of dialogue title; such a page will be cut no matter what because it can't be remedied.
