Tweaked the indexes for the tropes a bit.

This should be starred now that we're pretty much finished.

Started changing wicks for Dreams of Flying to Call of the Wild Blue Yonder, left wicks for the former that seemed to be referring to examples of its current definition.

By "crosswick", I meant add wicks to works listed in examples (in this case, adding them into the trope list). What you did was wick migration. Those are two different things.

In that case, we might as well do both.

Seems Call of the Wild Blue Yonder is pretty much taken care of. Going through the example list for Dreams of Flying now.

Did some more crosswicking and even padded the example list a bit for Dreams of Flying.

I'll go close this up, since we're just about done here.
