Hi, is there any notification system for Tropers? Whenever you ask a question in the forums or in Lost and Found, you have to remember to go check it in sometime. Is there a way that could be automated?

Hi,

no, as-is there is no notification system for such things.

How do you keep track of all your conversations and questions?

If I have to look for something in Ask The Tropers or Lost And Found, I use the browser's search feature or the page filter. It would be interesting if we could add some sort of subscription or notification feature, though. It's something we could add to the wishlist, but any system that doesn't rely on PMs would probably involve scripts, and that gives some of our users heartburn.

How useful would a system similar to flags in YKTTW or the forum watchlist be?

There is an as-is private moderator tech request that would implement this for forum threads. I'll ask about it to be installed on the noticeboards as well. Locking here in the meantime.
