The current is bad, but I'm not sure that the suggestion is a huge improvement.
The suggestions are definitely worse.
Ideally we would have a superhero approaching a problem, thinking to himself I can use my X to Y
Not a superhero, but perhaps a portion of Oglaf's Labyrinth (Link SFW, rest of website not)
Decent example, but it'd take a few too many frames for my liking to get the point across.
Moon◊It loses a lot of punch without the Rule of Three. Link to the full comic on ImageLinks. This Looks Like A Job For Aquaman, sure, but I don't think it'll work as a page image.
Rhymes with "Protracted."Clock is set.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanThat's pretty much the entire thing.
Check out my fanfiction!Too many panels won't fit, and it looses its charm when you try to condense it.
Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.Re-clocked. I'm still good to pull the current.
The new clock's way up and there's not enough consensus to pull the current; locking up. No action is to be taken based on this thread.
The image on This Looks Like a Job for Aquaman is two heads and a large amount of speech bubble. The text does all the work, and the text is actually a subversion of the trope rather than a straight example. This doesn't add to the page and I suggest we pull it.
It's not easy to show this in pictures, but perhaps a collage of Knightboat (the crime solving boat) would work? Some of this◊ and that◊, the gist is that the criminals escape next to a convenient river because otherwise the titular boat couldn't follow them.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!
