Make it. You don't need permission to make a works page. That's one of the beauties of a wiki.
And be patient. You may or may not get a response in two hours. That's not really very long.

I would make it, but I can't find any English episodes on You Tube. And trying to Google "the frog show" only mixes the cartoon with other things like Kermit the Frog or Clyde Frog Show. It doesn't have any English Wikipedia page either, but it DOES have a French one, which you can find here
(note the French title of the cartoon is "Frog et Fou Furet"). It sort of Needs More Love. Still, there's a chance I will make the article.

It would appear that you know more about it than anyone else around. Wiki Love will help a page grow, but it won't create one from nothing.
I've made a sandbox page for you to use to work on it until it's fleshed out enough to be ready for the main wiki.

I am feeling TV Tropes is lacking a certain Western Animation page for this French cartoon named "The Frog Show" (IM Db page here
), which retains certain jokes from The Golden Age Of Animation. It is also an example of Road Runner vs. Coyote as it features two characters named the Frog and the Ferret, the latter of which wants to get his teeth into the former, but always gets his plans failed. What do you think?
