I liked Cut the Kid and... whatever his last song was.
Man, I've got a weird opinion on Madeon.
Like, on the one hand his fans piss me off and he's kinda overrated, but on the other hand he's a really good producer and I can't wait to hear his album one it comes out.
I didn't know he was that popular.
He's from my hometown.
That's about all I can say about him. I did not know he made anything after that initial video, which was probably the safest, non-threatening and easily digestible "mash up" I've ever heard, which on retrospect is probably why it got so popular.
It's pop music under the guise of a vaguely electronic envelope. Basically alright but bland as fuck and completely unchallenging.

You are standing in an open field west of a white house, with a boarded front door. There is a small mailbox here.I wish pop music sounded like this.
(he has in fact gone on record to not call himself an EDM producer and that his main aim the entire time was to make pop. make of that what you will.) I do think he still deserves a page on Tropes, though. Maybe when the album comes out. (I'll also admit I'm probably one of his biggest fans so I may be biased on that haha)

hey all! this is my first post on here (I just joined) and I just wanted to ask: are there any Madeon fans out there or is it just me? (in case you don\'t know who that is, I implore you to check him out, he\'s releasing an album soon and his music sounds similar to what watermelon sour patch candies taste like. you\'ll know what I mean)
