Certain special characters, which showed up fine on the old messageboard, and which seem to show up fine for other posters, show up as question marks when I post them. For example:

That is supposed to be an "em dash." Whether I access the code from the number pad or copy and paste it from someone else's post, it shows up as a question mark when I actually post it. What is going on?

Seems like this particular case is fixed, others need to be reported in Query Bugs.
