This exists? Cool!
I like the show. King Julien is actually pretty likeable. I especially like Clover the bodyguard. Her commando attitude is amusing.
This was actually pretty good. I've been enjoying all the content from the Dreamworks/Netflix alliance so far.
Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).When will we ever get the Madagascar spin-off of Marty and the cast on their circus train adventures? THAT'S what i'd want to see. Still, Julien's younger years. Great.
Dakota's blog An odd agent of justiceEven Veggie Tales in the House*?
- I say this because people have lamblasted that one.

"You can run, but you can't hide from the Buzzinator!"So apparently this show has the same showrunner as Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated and Beware the Batman.
It would explain why Karl felt a bit like an Anarky expy.

Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022)."Hooray! He is saving us all in very confusing ways!"
Fun fact, I still haven't seen the movies. But I've seen about half of The Penguins of Madagascar, and I'm watching an episode of this right now. Still waiting for the writers to make Julien obviously gay and/or horny like they do in TPOM.
ETA: "We repopulate." Yep, there it is.
ETA 2: "Yes, but this buttload is all mine now!"

You're ruining it for everyone. Why not let us find the gay jokes first?
Dakota's blog An odd agent of justiceI liked all 5 of the episodes. This show really knows what it wants to do with the main character, and the less amount of secondary characters really does give King Julian the Spotlight (One of the problems I had with Penguins Of Madagascar was that it had too many secondary characters in it all trying to get attention). The episode where King Julian accidentally starts a rebellion on himself was the most hilarious episode out of the five (in my opinion). I also like the fact that they have fur now, instead of looking like weird toys from Penguins Of Madagascar.
I'll be watching the whole season at least.
I like this fact, too. I think that this show, being a Netflix original, has a bigger budget to work from than the Nickelodeon shows.
"You can run, but you can't hide from the Buzzinator!"I kinda figured that when they actually broke out "I Like to Move It" instead of using a soundalike.
I didn't know this show existed, and I enjoy Penguins of Madagascar. Then again, King Julien isn't my favorite character because he gets annoying sometimes. But I'll check this out at some point.
I checked out the show and it seemed pretty interesting. I wonder if they had planned to do just five episodes or if there will be more coming later?
Does anyone know what happened to the tropes page for this show? I remember seeing it after finishing the show, but it seems to have just disappeared since then.
The trope page got cut for being a stub, and the creator did nothing to fix it.
ETA: An admin agreed that it was cut in error, and restored it. I've added a few more tropes.

I think that there will be more.
"You can run, but you can't hide from the Buzzinator!"Aaaaaand we have our first Rule 34 of Clover.
R34 is usually made within the first 24 hours, provided the material is somewhat popular. You are late.
... Where's Episode 6? I thought it would be out by now...
Looks like we'll be getting five new episodes on April 3rd.
Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).The New episodes are up! They're pretty good and they introduce a new Scientist Character.
Yeah, I saw.
The new episodes weren't as strong as the first batch. I liked "Viva Mort" and the caffeine episode the best.
Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).Also, the show won three Daytime Emmy Awards this year:

Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).DAFUQ?
"We be we baby!"
Has anyone in here seen the other new Netflix cartoon All Hail King Julien? If so, what do you think about the show? If you want to know how I feel, I think that it's entertaining. Here's the link for this show: http://www.netflix.com/WiMovie/80018987?locale=en-US
