The current is good. Work-related is generally a good thing. The suggestion is excellent, and might even be able to be cropped to be even better.
Opening for discussion
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.The suggestion is great...probably doesn't need a caption but something like "And this is how you fail at knife-fighting" as a reference to the scene might work.
I'm not familiar with the movie depicted... but why is everybody in the picture staring like that? It looks rather weird.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight! The spoken lines that go with the suggested image are as following:
"Now, this is the way I'd stab a man who was ... taller than I was. Look at the angle. Down and in."

Come to think of it, the current image is much clearer. In the suggestion, the focus is on the three actors and their faces, making the knife easy to miss; and the proposed caption suggests the trope is something like "artistic license - knife fighting" which it really isn't.
So let's stick with the current pic, or get some more suggestions in the thread.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!Yeah, it's much clearer. Nothing distracting going on.
Check out my fanfiction! As much as I like 12 Angry Men, I'm inclined to agree; the suggestion has a lot of distractions. The current image is probably the clearest, most distraction-free image we could ever hope to get, really.
Yeah. Suggestion is too busy, and the fact that it comes "from an actual work" is insufficient to make it a superior image.
Still not as clear. The way he's holding it doesn't emphasize the grip as well.
In fact, that's another point I like about the current image; it's not actually an action shot, but the way it's oriented makes it look like the hand is about to bring the knife down in a stab.
Current is best so far. Suggestions are too busy.

Clock is set.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanClock is up with no progress; closing this.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard Feynman
Though the current image gets the point across, it is not work-related which I believe is something we strive for. Can we find a more relevant image?
