All the picture is showing is a sex worker. There's no indication that she cares or is a sweet flower that needs nurturing. Multiple images would work but I think this can be done with one.

The image appears to be a card from a collectible card game - a tiny image with a huge amount of rules-like text around it. It's not very clear, but I can kind of make out the "hooker" part based on the way she dressed, but there's no way this shows she has a heart of gold.
I'm not really sure how to picture this, though. I suppose multiple images of the same girl to show both character traits?
