R.E.S.T.C.O.N (Mid Robot War + Character Crossover)

So. Who's ready for a power-up form and a new character?

Because I hope you're ready.

• Name: Noble Six, Paragon of Humankind
• Race: ???
• Appearance: A much smoother form.◊
• Abilities: This form provides Six with near superhuman durability, even by a SPARTAN's standards. It also drastically enhances his armor strength; his energy shields become fueled by his indomitable will. In addition, while reflexes are not enhanced, speed and maneuverability is signifianctly enhanced through a thruster suite and hypereffcient artificial muscle compounds. While actual physical strength gets a fair increase, it's still not enough to do much damage to the enemies this form is likely to face.
• Inventory: Twin Energy Swords for light combat work, and a Gravity Hammer for when things really need to get smacked in the face. Both are, like Six's shields, fueled by his will. They are also linked to this form, meaning he only has access while he is the Paragon, but can use limited recall function to return them if they are knocked out of his hands.
• Bio: When Noble Six was returned to life after Reach, he found that... something had changed. Whatever had brought him back had left something behind. Now, in times of absolute peril, where it's do-or-die, the Paragon of Humankind will shine through. Armed with ironically alien melee weapons, he will fight until such time as the mortal danger has passed - wherein he will regress out of the form.
• Notes: Just to make it absolutely clear, Six cannot become the Paragon at will. He must be placed in a situation where he would otherwise die to ascend into Paragon form, and will be removed from that form when the danger has passed.

• Name: Legion, Speaker for the Dead
• Race: Formerly a geth platform, now what can be best described as an "electronic ghost".
• Appearance: My name is Legion, for I once was many.◊ Legion notably looks like an "electronic ghost".
• Abilities: Legion is intangible. This means that while nothing physical can affect him, he can also not affect anything physically. All it can do is speak. There is one exception to this rule.
  • Deus Ex Machina: Legion can possess machines. This has limits, both physical and personal. Physically, Legion cannot possess machines that are strong of will or very exceptional^{Read this as;} cannot possess player characters, important NP Cs, or anyone else the GM says cannot be possessed. In addition, anything Legion is directly in control of will sprout a spectral blue eye. Legion can also only possess one machine at a time. Finally, Legion is incapable of pushing it beyond any limits it has. Personally, Legion will only attempt to possess machines that are not self-aware unless it feels there is no other option.
  • Being an electronic ghost, Legion can also travel across power lines and through wires, as well as via wireless transmissions. This can technically be used in conjunction with Deus Ex Machina, allowing Legion to "leapfrog" between machines.
• Inventory: Being intangible, Legion has no inventory.
• Bio: Legion was a geth platform created to find Commander Shepard. The geth platform, after five years of searching, eventually did; after a tense rescue Legion was initiated into Shepard's team. Legion served faithfully during the Collector incident and the Reaper War; he sacrificed himself at the end to disseminate code upgrades that allowed the geth to become self-aware. Of course, Legion isn't already dead...
• Notes: Legion is non-confrontational. While Deus Ex Machina is somewhat abusable, the GM can deny any attempt to possess for whatever reason. In addition, Legion does not prefer using it on self-aware machines - he instead attempts to convince them that fighting is not a worthwhile option. As another note, Legion is technically part of a race that already had this robot war already - the geth split off when their consensus achieved self-awareness and their creators, the quarians, got paranoid, sparking 300 years of warfare. As such, he has a unique awareness of current happenings.

Here are two sheets I made. I won't be able to actually participate for some time due to not having a stable connection where I am right now.

• Name: Ikari Gai, also know as Gokai Silver.

• Race: Human

• Appearance: [IMG] ◊

• Abilities/Skills/Powers: On his own, Gai have slightly enhanced physical abilities, supposedly from becoming Super Sentai, used along with fighting abilities honed through many battles to devastating effect.
  • Gai's real power come when he transform with his Gokai Cellular and silver Ranger Key, drastically enhancing his physical abilities and durability. Being able to survive even artillery fire, still hurt like hell tough.

  • By summoning other keys from his belt after transforming, Gai can take the form of any Super Sentai that came before his team, as well as some that came later, being able to use their abilities and powers. Gai also posses the ability to combine ranger Keys to acquire more powerful forms and also combining the keys of all 14 Sixth Rangers that came before him to assume a more powerful form called GOLD MODE◊, where he becomes even stronger.

• Inventory: Gokai Cellular + Gokai Silver Ranger Key.
  • When in his base form he carry along a trident that can be turned into a laser gun.

  • In GOLD MODE, his trident turn into a anchor-like weapon.

  • By summoning the Time Fire Ranger key and scanning it in the Gokai Cellular while transformed, Gai can Summon the Gozyuu Drill, a gigantic flying ship with a drill on the front and armed to the teeth. By using the Abare Killer and Dragon Ranger Ranger Keys, he can turn it into a 50 meters tall giant robot or dinosaur, respectively. The Gozyuu Drill was made with technology from a thousand years on the future and have to be sent back after a while for regular maintenance. It won't take anyone there, tough.

  • During the very noticeable flash of light of his transformations, he is completely invulnerable to physical damage. The Gokaigers took this little tidbit and abused it at every chance during their fights. There is a similar trick that Gai uses while piloting the Gozyuu Drill, altough the exact moment the invincibility starts and end is hard to pin down.

• Bio: After helping beat the main Zangyack forces that tried to take over Earth, raiding the Zangyack home planet and going along with Marvelous crazy plan of fighting the Kamen Riders, Gai wasn't really sure what the Gokaigers were supposed to do aside from participating in team ups that might happen once in a while.
  • After spending some time on back on Earth, he found a strange disturbance in space near his hometown, his Gokai Cellular picking up a message calling for help. He did not think twice about what had to be done, leaving only a note about what he was going to do for his comrades to see later.

• Name: Mecha naruto◊

• Race: Magic Ninja Robot

• Appearance: Made into the resemblance of the magic ninja he's named after, Mecha Naruto was built to look like a blond, blue eyed young man wearing black and orange clothes. In practice you get a vaguely human like frame with a segmented, barrel-like body with thick limbs and his head covered with short spikes to replicate Naruto's hairstyle. In his forehead is the number 7610◊.

• Abilities/Skills/Powers: Mecha Naruto was built to dominate magic ninjas in combat, being able to move far faster than what normal human sight can track, with reflexes and reaction time to match. He also was built using a special alloy that make him extremely durable, shrugging off most of what the enemies he fought in his home world could throw at him.
  • He also have several weapons installed, including eye lasers, missiles, rocket fists, bullet like projectiles, grappling hooks and is capable of replicating one of his namesake's signature abilities, the Rasengan, a sphere of pure energy with great destructive power that can be used in close range or throw along with his rocket fists.

  • Mecha Naruto also have a form based on Naruto when he fought Orochimaru. In it his strength and speed increase considerably but he start attacking anything indiscriminately. He is also covered by a red energy that's toxic and lethal to any living thing unable to control it's inner power, it's extremely hot, to the point of melting anything he touches with extended contact, he is able to channel this energy into huge laser beams of incredible power. This form can only be maintained for a few minutes.

• Inventory: Mecha Naruto posses several inner mechanisms at work.
  • A one-of-a-kind system that allows him to generate his own chakra like living things. It can be overloaded with the use of altered Cursed Seals to draw the energy of the area around him to enter his super mode.

  • His body is actually several separate components held together by ninja magic. He can detach, re-attach and manipulate them at will. He also have an flying form done using this. It also allow him to recover the used missiles he throw around to reuse them (propellants being ninja magic).

  • In his super-mode exhaust pipes sprout from his back, energy tails form from his bum and his face take a much more intimidating appearance, the numbers on his forehead turning into 9999.

  • He can also cover a person like armor to carry, protect or restrain them.

• Bio: Mecha Naruto was built by Orochimaru as a super weapon to be used against his enemies. But it was too unstable and destroyed the whole facility it was built into, going inactive and declared a failure.
  • He was later retrieved and overhauled by the leader of the terrorist organization Akatsuki, given the ability to absorb certain kinds of chakra and sent to capture one Naruto Uzumaki.

  • Before setting him lose , double agent/loose cannon Itachi Uchiha put a spell on him to go off later.

  • It was only when Orochimaru found him again and reprogramed Mecha Naruto into destroying Konoha that everything came crashing down. Now possessing a sense of self and free will, Mecha Naruto chose to protect what it was ordered to destroy, sacrificing himself to destroy the other product of Orochimaru's research, the Mecha Kyuuby.

  • Waking up in a different world when it should not even exist anymore was unexpected. seeing what was happening in this new world, however, told him exactly what had to be done.
