• [2] Patchouli Knowledge using (as per pixiv tags) Earth Metal Sign "Emerald Megalopolis" (more elaborate)
• [3]◊ Hierophant Green using Emerald Splash (apparently is from the Stardust Crusaders adaptation, not sure) (ironically i find it more Bullet Hell -y than the Touhou one)

The current is fine; it's clear that Mega Man is dodging the diamond projectiles and I don't see any quality issues. Declining to open.
