RP Gs aren't the most accurate system though.

But a modern day military like the US would absolutely stomp the Titans

RPG isn't accurate...but it has adequate splash damageblast radius and can be reproduced in numbers (seriously,those things are dirty cheap, compared to other guns).

I'm pretty sure training an accurate rocket launcher firing soldiers are much easier than training soldiers how to fly all the way behind titans and safely pull back.

Another plus for the RPG is that it has no noticeable recoil, so using it alongside 3DMG should not conflict, unless I'm mistaken. Probably one thing to take into account is how many rockets can be carried on a person with 3DMG without significantly hindering mobility.

Short version: We don't know, and the whole memory erasure thing makes the question even murkier.

Not to mention that regardless of what tech there was before the Titans appeared, in addition to , anyone who attempted to invent anything, or questioned the official history, was promptly executed.
