The number of people involved is not really a distinction worth making. I would drop it.

Hello tropers,
some days ago, I went to Lost and Found and asked for a trope. I asked for the following situation: A character sits in a car (mostly as passenger) and drives by the character's old living place (which is interchangeable because it's a MacGuffin Location). The camera cues on the building and goes into Slow-Motion, while the character is reminiscing about what he had experienced there in the past, and meanwhile, the building moves by in Slow-Motion past the window. This scene is sometimes accompainied by a Flashback.
The answer I got from Scorpion451 was that Slow-Motion Pass-By would be the closest guess. But unfortunately, the description of this trope only states the situation in which two characters pass by each other in Slow-Motion.
Since the situation is used quite often in Live Action TV, Scorpion451 suggested to put this trope into the repair shop.
