Definitely looking like it's pointing towards Hammond, though Blizzard has made the initial teaser be a misdirect before so it's hard to say for sure. But combined with the teaser from the remade Horizon Lunar Colony it's fairly compelling.
I of course reserve the right to abruptly change my guess when new information surfaces. My number one rule about making predictions is to not get personally invested in any specific prediction.

Some theories is that it's Hammond, Junker Queen due of one of the rosters what is being obscured or the posters are a Red Herring and it is actually a Brit hero because that is clearly King's Row.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!Didn't think of the Queen of Junkertown, she's also a possibility given the information we have in front of us.
Generally the second teaser gives us a good indication of where we should be looking.
Except it's not King's Row. That's the Rialto street texture used only on that map.
I'm thinking Hammond, who appears to be a monkey, not an ape.
Today I learned that EMP stops a charging Reinhardt. Both the Reinhard and me as Sombra were confused.
Of all the things it can do, that makes sense; Rein's charge is enabled by the rocket boosters on his suit, so it's possible something affecting the control systems activates a failsafe that shuts them down (and immobile knight in shining armour's better than an exploded knight in shining armour).
TV Tropes's No. 1 bread themed lesbian. she/her, fae/faerI still think that Soldier's running, of all things, shouldn't be stopped by a Sombra. That... makes no sense. Maybe on the Cyborg skin, but none of his others.
So its likely Hammond

Why does Ana's sleep dart work on omnics?
Why does the same yellow shit that heals organic thingies also heal robots and restore armor to Torb and Rein and Winston and restore shields to Sym and Zarya?
Why does a cowboy throwing a firecracker at a giant German man traveling at 60mph make the giant German man stop moving at 60 mph?
Why does being fat give a piggyman more hit points than a giant German man in big armor?
Why does vaping yellow shit make piggyman more resistant to bullets, and why does it only last exactly as long as he's actively vaping and no longer?
The answer to all these questions is the same: fuck you video games.
How Sombra can hack Soldier's legs is honestly the least of my worries.

And?
So what, because there are other weird things, people are not allowed to found something weird?
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.I was mostly responding to Ink Dagger, who said, not "I think it's weird that Sombra can stop Soldier's sprint" but "Sombra SHOULDN'T stop Soldier's sprint."
In the far, far year of 2076, we will at long last invent drugs for robots.
The funny thing is that, in the established lore, ana's sleep darts precisely DON'T do that, since reaper shrugged them off just fine due to... well, being reaper, in one of the comic issues.
"when you stare too long into the abyss, Xehanort takes advantage of the distraction to break into your house and steal all your shit."In short: Gameplay and Story Segregation.

I mean, I could buy that maybe Ana uped the dosage for Reaper or they have a tech component that can otherwise harm omnics if the normal dart doesn't work. Handwave, but it could work.
I can't think of any possible explanation for hacking 'running'.
Soldier's super soldier serum includes nanobots that super-oxygenate his blood to make his muscles work more efficiently when he runs. Sombra hacks the nanobots so that they de-oxygenate his blood instead, making him move more slowly.
You can make up a fanwank for anything. I'm not sure why this is such a sticking point in a game full of silly comic book logic.
Hacking Roadhog's very analog weapons seems also strange.
Yeah, no shit? I know.
People find some things weirder than the other things.
Gameplay of the Day.
In a quick play today I actually got a POTG just by turning on Transcendence at the right time, meaning your entire team getting caught in a Grav and Nano-Genji slicing up everybody.
I ended up healing around 3,500 with that one.

I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.Exactly. Everyone has a hang up on different things. Fantastic technology and why it works on everything? I'll give it a pass since its not like I know exactly how that tech works anyway and gameplay reasons besides.
But hacking, a tech thing, preventing running, a basic biological function? That just doesn't compute to me no matter how its put.
Sadly they can't really fix that stuff as weird little nuances like that being removed will make Sombra and Ana even more downtrodden then they already are.
Its honestly kinda sad just how bad Sombra, Ana, and Doomfist have been doing since they released. Moira might head into that pit of hell soon too.
I have been hearing murmurings that they are going to rework Sombra.
Jeff said she is getting very radical changes in July
Honestly is a shame that she got good for two days and then back to being clunky.
Though to be fair, having to depend on your stupid DPS teammates to look out for the sombra when you were playing tank was not fun, at all.
Uni catI hope they don't give her the massive rework treatment, rather something a la Roadhog. or at least something that keeps in the direction they're going with sombra, since the buffs she got were interesting. Disabling a flying pharah is just golden.
"when you stare too long into the abyss, Xehanort takes advantage of the distraction to break into your house and steal all your shit."
Yup our newest hero is definitely that dreadlocks looking motherfucker in all green.
