Delete fanfic recs that aren't recommended by anyone?

I think I recently saw a fanfic rec somewhere that lacked the "Recommended by" line. Should those be deleted, since nobody is vouching for them?

The Recommended line is part of the standard template for fanfic recs; if it's not there, the entry isn't valid from the get-go.

In addition, if you wanted to be proactive, you could check the page history to see who originally added the recommendation and send them a PM that they need to sign their recommendations.
