Spot ain't wrong for askin'.
If a work exists in several media, it's sometimes split, and sometimes all in one page. It depends on the differences, amount of content, and other stuff. It's a judgement call, so neither is strictly wrong.
Considering this isn't a very large page, it might be better to just create three folders: one for common tropes, one for the game, and one for the anime.
Of course, if they're different enough that they're basically separate stand-alone works, creating a new page isn't out of the question either.

Check out my fanfiction! If the anime and the videogame are a) different enough and b) there are enough tropes to make each page.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanNot knowing much about either the game or the manga, I couldn't judge how different they are. Given that the game is a dating sim, and the anime has virtually zero romance in it, I'm guessing they are kinda different. For simplicity's sake, separate folders probably makes more sense. Would also make sense (to me, anyway) to bump it from videogame/ to anime/ since that's what most of the content will cover. Since I wouldn't know how to do that, it's a moot point.
If it covers multiple media, we usually stick it in the original one, even if most of the content comes from a newer adaptation.
Check out my fanfiction!Changed the thread title, since this question is not unique to newcomers.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanIt seems fine to keep them on the same page unless both become big enough and/or different enough to require a new page.

I am of the mind when one or more sections become large enough with unique tropes that is when you should consider splitting them off. Also that as an individual pages they both stand to continue to receive examples and work. What might that point be? For me somewhere between 30-50 examples sounds good. But that is largely spit balling and gut feel on my part.
I took a look at the page from the op it is kinda skimpy on examples as is. It would not be worth splitting at this point.

Who watches the watchmen?I would say that if the various lists are unique to the specific media and that each (or most) of the trope lists are long enough to fill an entire screen, like around 25, then that's when the page can be split.
If we are talking only two different media, then there isn't much of a pressing need to split. Like on the Ghostbusters movie page we don't need to split GB 1 and GB 2 because those are the only two movies, and eventually we made the franchise page to cover the animated shows and video game. But for a long time we had the individual Terminator movies all on one page, and split it off into individual movies because juggling 5 trope lists on the same page (4 movies and "Tropes used between them all") is an organizational nightmare.
I've added a lot (like a LOT, a lot) of examples and typo fixes over the years, but haven't really been part of the community. Anyway, I was hoping for some guidance on how to proceed with editing a page.
For the page Videogame\Comic Party, most of the tropes are for the anime of the game, and I've identified another 25 or so tropes in the anime, which would triple the current count. Would it be appropriate to create a new page under the anime heading? Should I get some sort of community consent before doing so? And if created, should I copy/move the anime tropes from the video game page?
And am I even asking this in the right place?
