ETA: This reminds me of Overlord, from what I just read on the Tropes page. I like that idea.

Anyone ever heard of this game?
It's in open beta right now, and by the looks of it they're still adding features (random maps for one).
I uh, also made a page for it. Pretty sparse right now, no gameplay tropes, and I'm remembering things from what might have been Ret Conned. Forgot where to announce a new works page (Trope Talk looks to be devoted to...tropes).
What rises must fall, what falls may rise again.
