It's important to realize that unless a character has a specific power, they don't have that power. But some of that falls under Required Secondary Powers, Super-Strength means nothing if your own flesh and bone is unable to handle the stress. Remember, Spider-Man is vulnerable to bullets.

I mean vulnerable as if he could be as easily affected as a normal human.
He's also only got this one stated super power. So he's only got low level super human strength but everything else is about as normal as Batman is.

Let's say that a character has a small amount of alien blood. This alien blood, if he were full or half, would make him very strong. But ha has so little of it that he's about as physically strong as Spiderman on a bad day (Like picking up a tank and throwing it would put him in the hospital with casts around his arms) but only as physically defensive against a bullet as Batman.
What trope would this be?
