I suppose it wouldn't be too common as people would have just as much right to seek revenge for their buddy. It would keep Noire from going too lawless.
“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”I guess that street-level Mutually Assured Destruction helps fit the Russian theme◊ Noire seems to have.
Well bounty hunters would probably be big in Noire for getting justice.
...I'm totally not just saying that because my bounty hunter is originally from Noire. >_> I promise, you can totally trust me <_<
-dramatic music ensues-That picture gave me a good giggle.
Would Blanche and Noire have any differences in language? Not completely alien, of course, more in terms of slang, what is considered polite, etc.
I foresee wonderfully awkward encounters with former countrymen in your future, haha.
“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”Noire tends to be less formal. That Welsh up there is actually just a very old laguage. That Blanche Latin, though? Those northerners actually invented their own "High Imperial".
Nothing is what it seems. Master of Shipping and Sadism.Awesome, sounds good.
I can't wait to get into the rp...
“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”To quote Freemans Mind, "Latin is a dead language. Language of science, my ass..."

It's kind of funny. Sufficiently advanced stupidity is like sufficiently advanced science; eventually, you find something you can't solve. Are there any relics of a distant era to look out for underneath the planet's surface Grim?
Foolish donkey, you would not be able to resist me if I wished your annihilation. That's a good point. Does technology advance on its own or are we just rediscovering stuff that they came up with in the past?
Wise Papa Smurf, corrupted by his own power. CAN NO LEADER GO UNTAINTED?!Is the wildlife similar to that on Earth?
Also, roughly when do you think we'll start this?
“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”Oh, animals! I love animals!
Wilhelm totally has a cat at home!
It's kind of funny. Sufficiently advanced stupidity is like sufficiently advanced science; eventually, you find something you can't solve.NOIRE GETS DIBS ON GIRAFFES AND ELEPHANTS!!!!!111ONE11!
But yeah, giraffes are cool.
Ooh, kittens and African mammals... Noire is awesome
“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”@relics: Spoilers.
@animals: ....Sure, let's go with that.
Nothing is what it seems. Master of Shipping and Sadism. In official matters where he needs to be intimidating, he keeps his cat on his lap, petting it, and speaks in a Russian accent.
...Also, he does different accents.

“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”So, lets see, I'll need to do some worldbuilding for Serrick...
- Being that he is (I assume) the loudest voice for war in Blanche and is a Noble, he sometimes has meetings with the ailing queen. She sometimes tries to strangle him randomly. He is oddly okay with this.
- Serrick's estate is called the Pale Castle, with furnishings resembling a gothic era lord's palatial estate.
- Serrick's Paladin, the Heios Leamonde, is used by him to remember fallen Blanchean ace pilot commanders by incorporating one of their weapons into the Heios Leamonde's arsenal.
I'll come up with more in a little while.

Serrick speaking calmly while the Queen is strangling him just sounds brilliant... And a tad kinky, but that just makes it funnier.
“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”@Grim: How involved do you intend to be in your role as GM? I ask since you say our actions will affect the overall war effort for our side.

Wise Papa Smurf, corrupted by his own power. CAN NO LEADER GO UNTAINTED?!Does Noire rely on meritocracy and personal ability much more in the selection of commanding officers and leaders more than education compared to the Blanche?
Foolish donkey, you would not be able to resist me if I wished your annihilation.- Wilhelm has close relationships with many of the palace staff. Except in special cases, such as times of great stress or when eating with someone else, he often specifies that any snacks or meals not taken with his aunt and uncle be made for two- one portion for him, and one for the maid or butler bringing his meal, and has developed a habit of taking his supper with the staff whenever allowed.
- With the kitchen staff, the prince has a reputation for blasé courage. When Wilhelm was young, and shortly after the death of his father, an ill-conceived coup attempt was made, during which one of the conspirators burst into the parlor where he was taking his morning cocoa, declaring her intent to kidnap him. The young boy's response was to ask her politely to sit quietly while he finished his chocolate, and to offer her breakfast. The would-be kidnapper was taken aback by his casual manner, and this moment of distraction was enough for Roberta, a caretaker and favorite of Wilhelm's to this day, to bash her upside the head with the pan she'd just served him from. He later remarked on the waste of good eggs.
- While much of the staff is simply that- the staff, gardeners, maids, butlers, interior decorators and the like, it is a closely guarded secret that a number of the staff are in fact an elite fighting unit, filling a role akin to plainclothes security forces. The staff debate among themselves whether Wilhelm is aware of this, and is actually using his proximity to keep himself safe.

It's kind of funny. Sufficiently advanced stupidity is like sufficiently advanced science; eventually, you find something you can't solve. How is he with the business leaders of the community?
Oh, I'll be more hands-off than usual here. Basically just set up.
Nothing is what it seems. Master of Shipping and Sadism. How does Wilhelm act around soldiers/military both in normal commanding circumstances and more socially?
EDIT: I tweaked a couple things in my sheet for clarity and detail, just so people know. Nothing earth-shattering. I might start thinking about some character specific worldbuilding myself

So, welcome to the Mojave. I can dig it!
